We recently ordered a couch from Berkowitz furniture. To start off with, we received great service while deciding what we were wanting. Picking the colours and designs was easy without stress as we got amazing advice from the workers in the store. The couch came right on time as expected. The quality is excellent and the couch matches our house perfectly. We couldn’t have gotten anything better. Thanks so much for your outstanding work. We definitely will be coming back.

Good quality furniture on display compared to other furniture stores I have visited. Ended up purchasing a IMG Namsos sofa. The sales team had been very busy on Sunday 20th June when we where there. Service was pretty good considering that. We found the products they offer my h better than other shops, worth a visit before ordering elsewhere.

Went with a friend to buy a house full of furniture for her new apartment. Only needed to see fabric samples and would have completely looked after ourselves. Fobbed off and given the brush by both staff one of whom went on to deal with people who had arrived after us. Rarely have I been treated with such casual dismissal in a store and never have I put up with it. Now going to other furniture suppliers to begin our search again. I can only assume that this lot are making so much money they simply don't care because that's how they behave.would cheerfully have rate this place at less than the minimum one star.

My partner and I went to Berkowitz in Moorabbin to have a look at Kent dining room chairs which were advertised on their website but weren’t on the floor. After a lot of back and forth the sales person finally found the leather samples for us to look at and decide on the colour of the leather.
The time from ordering and collecting our ordered chairs was about 2 weeks which we were very happy with. When we collected the chairs from Moorabbin we were very disappointed with the quality of workmanship underneath the chairs. We were told by both the sales person and sales rep (the next day) that that quality of workmanship is “what it is” from this company and who looks under chairs anyway. Not only that but the sales person than pointed out that we were expecting 5 star quality for cheap chairs ($300/chair).
Also we are happy with the chairs overall we were very disappointed by being fobbed off like that

Very happy with my new custom made davin couch. Shop assistant (Tania) was very patient and catered to customizing the couch to fit my area in the lounge room. Best bit is that its Australian made and wasn't overpriced. Delivery was fantastic as they set my couch up for me in the perfect spot. 10/10 would recommend anyone looking for quality Austlian made furniture to go and have a look in store

Quite disgusted with the service from Tanya. I asked a question and her response was "I'll get to you when I can" Very rude. When we went to collect our chairs the other lady working said there they are, help yourself. Wow.

We were really impressed with the service and grateful for the advice received from Carol in the Moorabbin store. Quality couches are available which are also affordable and Made in Australia! Highly recommend this store to buy couches!

Had a excellent experience at Berkowitz Moorabbin with Graham. After a long search for a couch we found exactly what we needed for our apartment, and had the couch modified to fit the size that we needed at a price point we were happy with (especially considering it is custom made and Australian made)! We were also very pleased that we could choose the colour of the couch, which is not an option at every store. After having the couch delivered on time, the whole experience was seamless. Couldn't give a stronger recommendation!

My partner and I went into Berkowitz Moorabbin, having no prior knowledge of their services. It was the first place we visited, and we were totally blown away by their incredibly warm and helpful customer service. We want to mention Ruby in particular, who we've spoken to on several occasions, who went above and beyond to help us select a practical and beautiful fabric/colour scheme for our couch and living space.

After visiting a large array of other furniture stores, we agreed that the quality of their product (made in Australia) and service were unparalleled.
When we ordered the couch, we were told it would be ready by mid February. We got a phone call a week earlier saying that they could deliver it to us the next day if we wished.

We took my elderly indecisive Mum shopping for couches and dining chairs and we were served by the loveliest helpful woman! Her name was Carol. She was so patient and helpful and definitely not pushy. We spent 3 hours going through so many options.
I would recommend her to anyone.

Bought 4 stools back in early April and was told 2 week lead time from factory in Sydney. Here we are in mid June still with no stools and have been told end of month. Apparently forgot to put on container from.you guessed it China. Very poor and very very
disappointing Berkowitz

The staff at this store were fantastic. We had 3 tired kids under 5 with us and they were so patient and understanding. As we're quite indecisive we visited the store 3 times before finalising our order, but they were so patient and showed us many different options. We received our sofa and arm chairs this week and we are so pleased with the quality of the pieces. I'm sure we will enjoy our new furniture for many years. Thanks Berkowitz!

The service I received from Richard was excellent but what I really want to mention is the two lovely young men who delivered my chairs. Usually I dread having furniture delivered because I have experienced unpleasant, difficult delivery people. These two men were pleasant, efficient and even took the wrapping off the chairs and took it away. Congratulations doing your work so well

The after sales service at Berkowitz Moorabbin is outstanding. I had issues with a coffee table I had purchased 4 months ago and it was replaced and delivered and installed for me free of charge. #impressive

Purchased a couch that was delivered to me damaged. Surely things should be inspected before they go to customers. I told the delivery guy and the warehouse. I was told someone will be in touch with me. Didnt hear from anyone and when I called the store they had no record of this. Getting the couch repaired was another long dragged out process because no one in the warehouse and store would do anything more than the bare minimum. When finally the couch was ready for delivery back I requested an afternoon delivery which was agreed at the time and on delivery day came in the morning when I wasnt at home. When I spoke to the head office the woman was very argumentative and kept talking over me and telling me that they never deliver to my area in the afternoon and wont come back that day and pretty much making it sound like I'm making it up so she can cover her butt. Then was told another story by her manager to get me off their backs about having it delivered on that day. Overall I would say the service is poor and so is management. The communication between the store and warehouse is terrible and no one knows what the other one is doing. Doesn't seem like much work gets done once they hang up the phone with you.
