Very disappointed. The quilt had some stains that did’t have before.
I also noticed some inconsistencies with pricing which I hadn’t paid attention in the past.
I will never use this dry cleaner again.

Destroyed my leather jackets. Advertises that they clean leather but they just dry clean it like other garments which is not how you’re supposed to clean leather. Will be going to VCAT. Owner refused to take responsibility.

Have given this place multiple chances but each time gets worse. Beyond average job and super expensive, just found a used face mask in my pants I left for cleaning. Absolutely won’t be going back - do not go here

Never on time for pick up, 1 man running ‍️ the whole store, bloody ridiculous to be honest, pick up your game owners, this man cannot run this store by himself without help, too much, if you don't upgrade staff needs, will be going elsewhere, if you are arigannt about this, you will lose business.

Have been going to this place for years, have overlooked niggles but recently took partners beloved wool hat to be cleaned and came back misshaped and ill fitted when it was previously “the” pride and joy. When I mentioned it to the staff I was told it was the fabric, it was fine and maybe my partners hair had grown. Ummmm.
Very sad. When I asked if there was insurance or if it can be repaired I was told, no insurance for this as they could say “it was like that before” and who would insurance believe.
So now my partner is sad that their hat from a family trip to NYC Is damaged and no remedy was made possible! I am sad that I chose this place to clean it.

I dropped off my fitted suit to be dry cleaned here a while ago. The next time I put it on I realised it has small holes all though it!

I called them up and asked what happened and he blamed moths, funny how the holes weren’t there in the first place and they had no interest in letting me know when I actually picked it up.

Thanks for ruining my fitted suit and offering zero compensation

Very happy with the service. I handed a white dress shirt in at Bentley The Butler Moonee Ponds late on the day prior to a wedding (my own disorganisation), and Bentley The Butler had it looking sharp and ready to go by 12 pm the following day. I was very thankful they were able to prioritise this for me and appreciated that they accommodated my situation. I will continue to use this service and would recommend it to others.

Dry Cleaning. I have used the dry cleaning service for over 3 years and have never had a problem. The man in charge is always helpful, honest and provides great cleaning advice in accordance with the garments fabric and care instructions. Always willing to repeat the clean should it be necessary with the more difficult fabrics such as silk.

Reported this joint to the ACCC for misleading deceptive conduct. Took a coat to be dry-cleaned and it wasn’t touched. Claimed he couldn’t get off the ‘hair balls’ due to the material. However, when I took the coat to another dry cleaner - they got everything off and it came back looking brand new.
Avoid at all cost.

Watch this guy, he is slippery as an eel adding charges for stains that don't exist and often the cleaning is not done properly. Recently an item came back damaged and old mate blamed the fabric. Look back over the other reviews and you'll see a consistent picture emerge of this dodgy operator.

Have taken clothes to this cleaner many times. Always well done, buttons replaced etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Price quoted beforehand and accepted. Will continue to use this cleaner

NEVER AGAIN! - Please do not take your garments here. I am so upset with what was done to 3 expensive jumpers. When I picked up my items I questioned one of the jumpers and the guy tried convince me that my Jumper did not shrink and it's made out of Acrylic and not made out of wool - The tag of the Jumper begs to differ - He needs to go to Dry Leaning School!

Okay dry cleaning but really rude staff and relatively expensive compared to other dry cleaners in the area

Never again, wish it was an option for negative stars! I was given a different quite to repair my pants, when I went to pick it up they charged me an extra, they said the person that gave me a price wasn't allowed to do it! What a shame!

My usual Drycleaner doesn’t clean garments on Friday for a Saturday pickup and I was referred to Bentley the Butler. NEVER AGAIN!
My jacket was returned to me in a worse state, than it was in the first place!
George, ‘the so called Drycleaner, ’ was extremely disrespectful and would not listen to a word I was saying! Would keep talking over me and blatantly refused to give me a refund for his terrible service.
Very expensive, compared to my regular Drycleaner and definitely not worth the money!

Terrible customer service. Refused to discuss a refund of faulty alterations until the 'other company' tailor was working on a Tuesday, Had to go back on a Tuesday to speak to the alteration woman. She refused to refund a faulty fix that was not done as initially requested and also a faulty zip replacement that didn't even last 1 time to put the pants on. Blatantly refused to discuss the options and wouldn't accept an $11 refund to keep a long time customer. Implying the clothes were too tight and that was the reason for the zip failure and seam coming undone. I offered to put the clothes on to prove they were not tight, but still felt that it was too much work to do again and it was just too hard of a job to offer a refund. Will be taking all my business elsewhere.

Poor service and don't do the job.

Go down to the Maribyrnong River and rub your clothes on a rock, you will get a better result.

Not Happy 2 jackets and a coat.had fine hair all over them and didn't look clean. This was your second chance.never again. Money hungry only. This drycleaners was amazing a few years ago but since the new owners it has been terrible. The first time was some oil stains on a shirt.after I paid for it nothing had changed, the new owner came out and told me it was the material 's fault that was used for the shirt. What an outright lie. He didn't know that I was a fashion designer and knew quite a lot about materials. Went home and took the risk of spot cleaning it. It came out fine. Hate dishonest traders
