Bentleigh Sunday Market reviews
29A decent place to check out good quality used items, but it's been very quiet lately not many customers.
I love it, bought a beautiful jumper and white glazed German cut work dish. Both five dollars each. Dogs are allowed in and lovely selection of plants
Enjoyef the market and got lots of pot plants. If you like knick knacks, go and browse.plenty of things ️
Always great to visit for a Sunday morning stroll with the family and then followed with lunch in the main strip.
This is a great small suburban trash and treasure market. You always find something exciting for a bargain. Last week I got some great clothes. It's not huge like camberwell market, but enough stalls that's it's worth making a drive for if your not a local. I'm going to make the effort to go more often coz I really enjoy it there.
The place to visit on a Sunday morning. There are a lot of treasures in the Bentleigh Sunday Market to be found.variety of plants and vegies seedlings, brick a brack for everyone's needs.
This market is run by the Rotary Club of Bentleigh Moorabbin Central to be used for a good cause.
People selling their once treasured goods. Also, plenty of plants. It was a fabulous experience and bought more than intended. There were two young girls who were also selling pretty things under the supervision of their mum.
Interesting market with plenty of stalls of clothing, plants, curios, and local folk selling their odds and ends.
Cheap prices and lots of plants, clothing, vintage collectables and some antiques. Worth going for a wander
Gold coin donation. Friendly 2nd hand clothing, jewelry and a variety of stuff.
Lots of plants and home made candles. Dog friendly.
A lovely place to visit on Sunday mornings! Many stalls are there each week, so there is some consistency to what's on display. There are also different stalls that come and go, so you can usually find new surprises. Highlights are plant stalls - there are many, and of different varieties. They are all very reasonably priced and and owners are all very friendly. Highly recommend a visit!
Visited the market last week after a long time. It is still the best place to go, if you want to buy cheap plants. My husband was happy to find a stall with great selection of quality tools at amazing bargain prices. It is a pleasant market with lots of stalls and nice friendly atmosphere.
Bargains! There’s a new stall, brand new tools, electronics & Clearance items! Company went broke, due to the virus.
They have the retail price on a red tag, and SUPER Cheap clearance price on a yellow price tag. Everyone was getting something from them!
Beautiful fresh flowers, eggs and much more.
Also found a awesome cardigan for $10
One of my favorite market in melbourne. Always find good bargain stuff. Only thing is there is no bin inside the market. If we have take away coffee. We need go outside then come back.
Decide to go to this market with friends as we were catching up over there side of town, if your looking for second hand goods ok but brand new and craft items just thrown in any where so no organisation & the stall spaces are so tiny noticed most people didn't have any shelter on the hot day & was told by many stall holders it was due to the cost of a stall aren't rotary meant to be about caring for the community and there well being, will not be returning

A small do every weekend. Great bargains but it could use variety. Not everything is cheap nor all clothing great. You need to view the items carefully before purchasing but it's a great neighborhood stint.
Depends what your after, haven't been for years and I remember why now. My wife on the other hand loves the plants on offer which we bought many of. The Bentleigh festival was under way on that day which was way cooler than years before.
All in all Bentleigh has it's place for many who want a low key experience.

Most of the items were in poor condition, only the plant stalls were good value. No food, no hot donuts. Interesting for a market.
You can find small goods. It's like a big garage sale. A lot of plants and gardening soil and fertiliser all very cheap. Parking space a problem.
