Wazza and his team did the timber floor for our home in late 2022. He is honest, helpful and offered us wonderful competitive price. All of his staffs are friendly and easy to communicate with. Job was finishing on time and as required. Happy with the result and highly recommend this company.

Don't trust real floor, floor price expensive, they just want money first after I pay off, they not doing what they are promised, delayed for a week, the installer was rude and skills so bad, they damaged my wall and lots of gaps, lifting, creaking, waste my time and money here, terrible experience, never trust and recommend this floor company.

To be fair, I do not know if my repair guys came from the Bentleigh store or another branch but I can't say I was impressed. We have many of the carpet "nails/spikes" that protrude on the stairs, down the sides of the hall and rooms, carpet - tile junctions (basically everywhere). I was told they cant hammer them down or the carpet will never come up. I was also told to walk just down the middle, not along the edges. When I said I had never had that problem with previous carpet lays I was told I must have thin carpet this time. Wow! What an arrogant a-hole. Wont be back ever again.

Excellent customer service and great work from the flooring installer and caulking guys. Our floor looks absolutely amazing.

WOW what can I say, the worst ever experience we have had, we were after a specific colour of carpet for one of our bedrooms, Waaza the sales guy was all nice, picked the one we loved placed the order, paid deposit then nothing, silence for weeks, called wanting to know what is going on, was told will be installed before Christmas, we thought great, perfect. Then again nothing no phone call no email, nothing.again weeks past, then was told carpet we picked was no longer manufactured but can have a different pile in the same colour, reluctantly agreed.carpet was delivered to be installed and was nothing like the colour we wanted but needed carpet on the floor and to tied to keep complaining. I tell everyone that will listen to say clear of this company.
