Bensons Roofing Services

I have similar issues to what others have recently said. He took our hard earned money and did not complete all the work he said he would do. The roof is still leaking & gutters not done. We have left him numerous calls & emails but no response. Given this is an ongoing matter I will be raising this with the relevant bodies.

AVOiD! Same again as other posts.
He took $750 deposit and never did the job. We did multiple phone calls, texts and Emails and no response and no money back.

Ben came and inspected roof then explained what was needed to be done repointed roof cleaned spouting very professional on time and reasonable prices would recommend Ben to friends thanks again Ben

Called Ben late on a Friday evening fully intending to leave a message for during working hours.

Ben not only answered and listened to the troubles I am experiencing, but after noting that some of the work sounded out of scope has gone above and beyond to assist informing me of and coordinating the required services.

Furthermore, is coming out in his own time next day (on the weekend!) to properly assess what needs to be done.

If only I'd started my search with Ben! Can't thank him enough.

If I could give Bensons Roofing Service more than 5 stars I would Ben is very honest, friendly, dependable and all around nice guy. Took pictures of damaged tiles and also explained that work done prior was not up to standard that it should have been. I highly recommended his service to anyone who needs work done. Thank you Ben for the fantastic work you did.

Ben is so good I got up in the morning got wet feet in kitchen a roof leak I contacted him early before his start time message he rang back be there in 30 minutes

My client was charged $11000 to repair a roof, they were an elderly couple. I couldn't believe the quote and that they signed up. I decided to help them on my time to get another inspection and quote, Benson company came out within a few hrs, inspected and gave a quote at a fraction, (9000 dollars less) to fix the roof! As an ex tradesmen, I give more than 5 stars, honest and reliable tradesmen are hard to come by but this company is definitely 1. STRONGLY recommend to use them.

We found Ben prompt, professional, honest and very capable.
We noticed a couple of leaks in our ceilings and quickly contacted Ben. He arrived soon after, quickly identified and remedied the problem. He then quoted for a clean of the gutters and arrived the next day (Sunday). He also sourced and replaced some broken tiles and affixed a bridge to one of the roof channels to stop further leaks at no further cost to us.

I had an emergency with a leaking roof and Ben turned up at 7am on a cold winter Sunday to look into it. He was prompt and identified the cause of the issue within minutes.
Definitely recommended.
