Benny Boy's Pizza (Wantirna South)

This place is ridiculous, I’ve placed an order early because they’re listed on Uber as open, but the driver arrives and tells me it’s closed, I look online and it says closed.
UPDATE YOUR UBER INFORMATION
You’ve cost me money that I can’t get back now because unfortunately that’s how Uber order cancel and refund works, I don’t get my money back if the app says the order is being made.

This is my 2 nd time order from Benny boys pizza from Wantirna south.taste was good and fresh.it was bit sweet for me.i prefer spicy but I will try some more pizzas.pepperoni, chicken tikka etc

Worst pizza I have had.
A. No sauce on the bottom
B. Dry horrible crust
C. Cheap toppings
D. Would never ever order from here again.
Don't bother with them.

The young kid who answered the phone and took my order performed like the world owed him, he is the wrong boy for the job. To have someone like him up the front who clearly didn't want to be there speaks volumes about the poor management qualities.
The pizza was very over priced for the average food it was, never again.

The owner treated me and my friend disgustingly, screamed in our faces and made us wait over an hour just to continuously give us the wrong order.he was also treating his staff horrible.didn’t give us a refund.food was soggy and mouldy.

Disgusting! Soggy chips, as you can see not even cooked right, just soggy no colour of brown at all didn't get the right drink with our order. Was ordered through menu log.

Pretty excellent pizza, good amount of topping, nice crust. Not overly complicated or hipster menu but just good pizza, and reasonably fast.

The young person at the counter was not wearing a mask. When I queried this, they claimed to have a medical exemption. When I went to collect my pizzas, I observed the two other people preparing and cooking the pizzas were also not wearing masks (in the midst of a pandemic). I will never buy pizza here again. People ordering for delivery deserve to know the risk they are taking by ordering food from this business.

Imagine being an uber eats delivery driver and getting sent to this store multiple times after 10pm. Imagine trying to pick up orders from a closed store. This has been my experience, quite a big waste of time.

Asked for a special instructions with a camel drawing, you made my camel obsessed child eat all his pizza without complaints so thank you so much, not even I can draw a camel this bloody good! Also chicken supreme was seriously amazing! Would definitely order again!

Even one star is far too much. Made wrong family pizza and tried to force it upon me (only one male young staff member apologized) owner and female worker said bad luck and were very rude. Never again.

Absolute worst service. I will never go back. Previously to this event I was a regular customer, never had an issue. Tonight they mixed up our pizza order, and when I rang back to see if they had made a mistake the staff member told me, yes there has been a mix up and to come back to the store immediately and to bring back the wrong pizza (which had already been opened and touched). Upon returning to the store they don’t even have the other pizza waiting, so now my partner and I are waiting in the car for ten minutes while our pizza is getting made and our other pizza is getting cold at home. We were under the impression that our cold pizza would also get reimbursed, this is not the case as. The staff member has clearly made a mistake and not disclosed this to the boss, so the boss comes out confused and angry. And then when my partner is discussing this with the staff the situation escalates and the staff tell my partner they don’t like his attitude, and they start swearing at each other. He was the only customer in the store and the staff were yelling at him, disgusting bullying behaviour over a wrong pizza. The young staff member was slapping his ears clearly traumatised by the events.
About 45 mins later we’re at home after the worst customer service experience and one cold pizza, cold garlic bread, one hot pizza.
Would not recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing, hot pizza every time, pick up or delivery. The best pizzas in the whole area! Pizzas are really good value for money and so delicious!

Fantastic value. Ordered a family size Benny boy supreme. Absolutely gigantic. Toppings were tasty and generously placed. Jalapeños had a real kick. Will come back to try pasta and other dishes

This is the first place I've eaten at since moving, and I absolutely love it! I love their pizzas, and my son is a big fan of this place as well. It's definitely one of our go to places.

Lost my housemate's business. He was a bit scared to go in because of the gang of youths hanging around outside.

Love this local pizza place, their pizza's I've tried are great and their pasta's are amazing. Shame everytime I call for delivery they stuff up the addy and we end up with semi cold food

Made a call for a set of 4 pizzas, after waiting on the line for a minute or so (they must have been rather busy.)
We arrive 20mins later, and one of our pizzas is missing. The team member apologised and made the pizza, taking another 15mins to do so. The pizzas were alright, nothing to write home about. If your hungry and need a quick fix, this will fill you up but don't expect the world from it.

Pizza toppings were tasteless, gluten free bases tasted like cardboard and the pizza maker didn't wear gloves or wash his hands between pizzas wouldn't go there if you have food allergies! Never again!

Great hearty pizzas. Never been disappointed here. Shout out to the bloke at the register tonight. Short changed me accidentally and I didn't realise it. Chased me down the road with a $10 note in his hand. Honest reliable service and Great pizzas. Cheers boys.
