The owner (the older shopkeeper) is extremely rude and barely has the manners to speak to anyone. It seems he doesn't like people from other backgrounds and does very little mask the racist thought process in him.

Would have given zero rating if possible. This is my first and last time visiting this stupid store was half an hour ago. The old guys who sitting on the front desk was treated extremely rudely and he is fuck’n racist. Last time, one of my friends went to this shops, and he was treated the same with him as well. I will never ever go to this shop again.

Would have given 0 rating if possible. Our first (and last) time visiting this store was an hour back when my husband went to buy fish. He was treated extremely rudely by the owner. His only crime was that he asked about the availability of fresh fish! Seriously pathetic, rather non existent customer service. Will NEVER EVER go into this shop. Uncalled for behaviour.

As a first time customer in lockdown I was delighted to receive a handwritten note in my package and an extra bottle of Sangiovese. A wonderful thing to do during such a tense time - really did lift my spirits and make my day. These guys go the extra mile!

Amazing service for fish.
They have lots of varieties of fishes and they are very tasty.
Lots of other groceries options are available as well.
I would say you can get everything you need under one roof.

Avoid this business. Products they sell are questionable. I bought items that were uncookable/unusable/inedible. This is the nearest Bangladeshi shop so I sometimes go there get stuff that are not available in Indian grocery shops. Yesterday I bought 1 kg of Dubli Daal from this place (please see photos), Paid $6.50. When we washed the daal we found massive amount of black weevil in the daal. The label on the pack says it was packed 3 days ago on the 19th of Jan 2021.

I called the store and the owner answered. When I told him about my experience he didn't apologise instead he started blaming the supplier who supplied this daal. Point is it is Bengal Traders who packed it and I find it difficult to believe they just didn't see the daal was infested with weevil.

I am going to send this photos to their local council and AQIS so proper action gets taken against this dodgy business.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Great service! The team member even put an extra effort to take off the scales of the fish i bought. Highly recommend them.

Recently I have bought Ilish & other groceries. Fish was really good, other items are not too expensive. I went 2nd time for the same fish. & it's really good. In this pandemic, other shops charge delivery cost. But this shop is not charging at all. Recommending this shop for fish other frozen veg & snacks.

Good thing that there is improvement on counter service. But still need more variety, which means some items from my list will have to bought from other stores. Would be good to see more Radhuni and Mughal products then Shan. There is a reason why we go to Bangla shop, leaving other asian shop at the doorstep.

The details of the goods is not given in the reciept. There is just price in it. I was totally confused which items cost how much.
Only one thing i like is the staff in customer service is friendly.

Strongly advise not to go there.
Just do online, cheaper. And less hassle.

Very poor customer service. The attendant was on the phone the whole time, and this affected the speed of his service. He didn’t even acknowledge presence of us as customers. Left a poor taste in the mouth.

I was harassed when I went to this shop by an Afghani/Pakistani man today. Whoever was in charge of the shop didn't help me or try to stop him at all. Never coming back again. Disgusting

The people who run this place are worth their own weight in gold. I came here for a western union transfer the first time and we had a nice chat. Next time I came back, things didn't run as smoothly. Not by their fault. By the fault of western union which had told me my money went through, but it hadn't. That's another story. I walked 5km in the cold to get here and was disappointed. The workers had full sympathy and not only tried to help me out best they Could with wifi and offers to use their phone, but even gave me a ride back home so I wouldn't have to walk. I will happily walk the 5km back here just to give them my business. These are good people with splendid morals. Im happy to have known this place and these wonderful people

You need to check the expiry date of the item before you buy. Also ask for the POS receipt as sometimes the price charged is different from the label displayed on the shelf.

Variety of frozen foods (meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, dairy), they have western union! They don't sell bread

The Monash Engineers at the cash register are Fantastic. Very helpful and friendly service. The young manager is very efficient with extensive experience in retail. Top notch! Particularly the roshmalai from Comilla!
