Benefit Cosmetics Sephora Melbourne

I showed up after getting a booking confirmation, and no one was managing the etand when i spoke to the sephora staff they said that the person that was supposed to be on today had quit the day prior and Benefit should have called me.

Me and my friend went to Sephora and got our eyebrows tinted by Beth. They turned out amazing we love them!

I’ve been a fan of benefit for as long as I can remember! Absolutely love their brow products?

I had an appointment with the lovely Alyce today for the first time. Not to mention how amazing my brows now look after a wax, tint and lamination, but I had such an incredibly genuine conversation with her throughout my whole experience. I live in country Vic and I will now travel the 1.5hours to the city just to see her. Absolute asset the your business!

I had my brow waxed today, Alyce was lovely and shaped my brows exactly how I wanted them. Very happy with the results!

I had an appointment for brow lamination today and it was pouring rain! I was 6 minutes late and she refused to see me. I know I was late but common sense is a good thing too.

I got my eyebrows laminated and waxed by the lovely therapist Willow. She is really knowledgeable and kind! We had a great conversation followed by her amazing precision to shape my eyebrows how I wanted it. I highly recommend getting your eyebrows laminated or waxed by the amazing Willow ️

Willow was an absolute delight. She is a very talented eyebrow technician and an asset to Benefit!

Therapist was so lovely and really took into account the shape I wanted. Gave information about a service I was interested in but wasn’t pushy.

I have struggled to find a good brow girl for ages but hesitantly booked here as it’s close to my work and what I received was amazing. I forgot the girls name but she was short with a front-fringe and she did a fabulous job! She really listened to what I wanted and honestly these are the best brows Ive had in over a year!
