This is my all time favourite brows place. I had my brows wax and tint done by Tanita. And I am extremely happy with how they look! She is very professional, friendly and listens to what I want. Highly recommend

Jo was amazing! She took such care with my brows and she explained everything as she was doing it. Gave me some really helpful tips in regards to what products would work well with my eye brows also. Will definitely return.

Joe was so patient to walk me through every step, making sure I was comfortable at all times. She took her time to make sure my brows looked amazing and was such a pleasure to chat with. Would recommend and definitely come again!

I’ve had lamination, wax and tint done at Benefit Browbar in Sephora Chadstone last Saturday. Joanna did an excellent job with my brows. She took the time in making my brows look amazing. She listened to me and ensured that I was happy with the end result. She provided me with post lamination aftercare. She also asked me if I needed to top up on any of my Benefit products and if I wished to book in another appointment in 4-6 weeks. She didn’t pressure me in buying any products but sincere in looking after my needs. I would love to come back but the Chadstone location is too far from me. I ended up in Chadstone because the ladies in the Doncaster Browbars were sick, which is unfortunate. Katie from Benefit, however, has given me a discount for the last minute change of location, which was so nice.

Estelle was lovely and had a very calming air about her which was great because I am super nervous about getting my brows done!

She listened to me and helped me pick out some products and I am so happy with the shade she chose for my brow tint.

Can’t fault her waxing skills at all, thank you for providing a great experience for a nervous nutter like me and some beautiful brows to go home with!

Normally when I go to Sephora I know exactly what I want. I grabbed the tester foundation and took it to the counter (as there was no one to ask on the floor) go up to the counter didn’t think Sarah who served me wanted to be at work i asked her politely to help me with the price and get me a new one which she didn’t offer then I walked back to the counter and I asked her can you please check if I have points she just looked at me and I asked her to explain to me what the products were before I picked and she was no help so I just picked the liptstick I didn’t take it in consideration but it’s like wake up and do your job how hard can it be to put one little thing through and serve the next person. Just saying the world isn’t just about makeup so don’t think you have a good job

Their product range is good but their staff aren't great. They never approach me to help, maybe they are just understaffed?

Came into the store looking for a last minute gift. Was looked after by Elizabeth, amazing customer service from this girl! Cannot fault the store.

Could not get through on the customer service line even though the wait should have only been “4 minutes”. (I waited on the line for 20mins)

I got served by Kimberley today, she’s AWESOME! Knew her stuff and gave me advice on some pretty awesome products. She also made me feel confident about my skin and was an absolute pleasure to talk to. Thank you
