Thanh does a great job. She draws the shape with a pencil before she starts so you can see exactly what she is planning. She takes a lot of care.

The only place I’ll go to get my brows waxed! Thanh has really helped my eyebrows grow back after some botched threading in the past - they’re finally starting to look more symmetrical thanks to her. It can be really hard to find someone that you trust but I couldn’t recommend her more!

Went back to Benefit today. I got a younger brow professional, she didn’t even say her name. My brows turned out pretty bad for a tiny and wax. I asked for very little waxing and she just kept going. The shape afterwards was really poor too. Very disappointed with my second visit here. Will need to consider different places next time.

I had my brow wax today (31/12). Staff (sorry I forgot to ask the name of the staff) was super friendly and knew exactly what I want. Also, a product she suggested was suit me as I do not want to wear any heavy make up. This was my first time I met someone who understand what their customer wants and provide right options for this covid. Hopefully I can see the staff again for my next eye brow appointment at Myer Benefit.

Love the warm and welcoming nature of the team in Benefit Northland. Have always walked away with fabulous brows. Don’t love how cramped it can get in their stall or the tiny stools.

Than and Alanah are my go to brow girls, i have serious trust issues and they definately wow my brows everytime!

Thanh is a miracle worker when it comes to brows! She has slowly fixed mine over time & always shows me where she is trying to grow more hair. If your brows need re-shaping, she is the woman to see! Thank you!

Thanh is amazing. She’s out my eyebrows on brow rehab and now I love them. She’s a perfectionist and a delight.

Was charged for eyebrow wax after having been told I didn’t really require one and one tiny strip was applied to one eyebrow followed by a few plucks with tweezers. Not super happy with the lip wax either. Two super quick flicks with wax and it needed to be be done again a couple of days later.
More time needs to be taken.
