It was my first time getting a brow lamination from Benefit and I couldn’t be happier. Maddy made me feel comfortable and the whole experience was great. The result is even better.

The service I received from Maddie was of the highest standard and quality, in both her professionalism and her customer service. The end result looked amazing and I left very happy.

Have been to benefit for a while now for my eyebrows. Bruna is one of the best eyebrow specialists, she always does an amazing job and is very friendly. Highly recommend!

This was my first time visiting Benefit at Myer Highpoint and the staff were amazing, super friendly, very knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to what I was after.

Have always had amazing experiences at Benefit Brow Bar @ Myer Highpoint! I had a brow lamination, tint and wax by Bruna and I left with the most amazing brows ever! Bruna was so lovely and easy going, it was great having a chat with her while my brows were processing! Will definitely be going back to see her in the future!

Usually I have a great experience but my usual beautician has been moved to another store. No notes kept and so tinted way too dark even though I asked for lighter colour. Skin also tinted so I hope it fades quickly!

I’m a regular at Benefit Myer Highpoint and have never had any issues. For my appointment today I was running late, when I was on the phone letting them know they hung up on me abruptly. I went in and it was all good, we had a chat about what I wanted, and we agreed on just a wax, keeping the same shape. As my brows were being waxed, I felt a lot of pain and she was being very rough with wiping. Once it was done, I could feel pain all over my brows that I’d never felt before (and I’ve been having my brows waxed for years). I felt this pinching pain on my inner left brow and it wasn’t until I got back to my car that I noticed they waxed the inner part of my brow off! I was immediately furious and it may not seem like a big difference but I can definitely tell. My eyebrows look clean and nicely fresh, but the pain - and a missing part of my eyebrow - was not worth it!

Maddie was awesome! Friendly & my brows look the best they ever have! Will recommend her highly to my family & friends!

I had Selva as my make-up artist in Benefit Highpoint Myer. I am honestly so happy with the results, it was thorough and exactly what I asked for. Selva also changed a couple of things upon request and catered to my needs the whole way. Thank you so so much! Xx

Excellent customer service from the brow technician. She shaped and tinted my eyebrows as they were in need of TLC. What a transformation as they look amazing and open my eyes. She also showed me how to fill in sparse hairs on my own when needed. My teen girls noticed that my brows were done when I got home and said they look great. I believe her name is Madison and would recommend her absolutely

Great service as usual! Maddy is great, knows how I like my eyebrows and does it effortlessly! It is hard to find someone who understands that you don't want thin eyebrows but Maddy does!
