Benefit Cosmetics Myer Fountain Gate

I had an appointment with Kathleen (Katie I) the manager from benefit Myer Fountain Gate.

By the time i was meant to find parking in the rain and check in i was 3-4mins late -

My appointment was 11am and i reached at the counter at 11: 04am
By the time Kathleen (katie) spoke to me refusing to do my brows it was past 1min that is 11: 05am and was told she would not do my brows.

Her next appointment was at 11: 20am and yet she declined to do mine and attended to the next appointment lady at 11: 15am which fell under my allotted time.

Kathleen (aka Katie I) was very rude and defiant. She kept making rude and insulting facing at me when i was trying to reason with her in a polite manner.

Not once did she say the word sorry but kept being rude saying its my fault and kept looking at me up and down in a degrading way. She kept staring into my eyes in a hateful manner.
I understand she is the manager but that does not give het the authorisation to behave the way she did.

I am not upset for being refused bcz i was 3 to 4 mind late but more because of how let down I felt with her eyes rolling and sighing.

I understand it is your busy season and not fair for the the following appointments - yet I am shocked of the customer service especially coming from your management team.
I have friends and colleagues who come to myer benefit too and I will surely alert them on how I was treated by your colleagues and management.

Have been coming to Benefit Brow Bar at Myer Fountain Gate since it first opened. All the ladies are always super friendly and helpful with any product needs. Always leave happy with my brows looking amazing. Highly recommend.

Katie was amazing & super lovely! She fixed up my brows and tinted them after not having them done for over a year! Definitely recommend the girls here!

Visited their kiosk in Myer Fountain Gate on Sunday 17th Sep 2017 and was greeted by the most bubbly personality. Can't remember her name but the young lady has long black hair and of course perfect eyebrows. Took my daughter there for her first wax ever and this young lady made her feel so comfortable and confident in what she wanted done. She even gave my daughter a tutorial. Very warm and friendly and was an absolute pleasure to shop with. If we could tip. She would have got $100 from me!

Jamie is best brow tech around. Always professional and gives me the best shaped brows in town!
