The service was amazing, Shai did a great job on my eyebrows lamination.
The chair was very uncomfortable, sitting for about half an hour, I was expecting recliner chair for eyebrow services.

Had my brows tinted, lasted only 24hrs! Using my brow pencil would have done the same job!

Got my eyebrows waxed by Shai and she made them look absolutely perfect, the whole process was also painless and quick. But I got a tiny boo-boo under my right eyebrow a few hours after because the wax was really hot but I think it didn’t matter too much because I’m really happy with how my brows turned out and I reckon it’s still worth it, just a heads up for low pain tolerance people like me:)

Katie knows her brows. I wouldn’t go to anyone else. I reschedule my appointments if I know she’s working some other day or someone else is replacing her. If you want thick, full, beautifully bushy brows, go to her. She’s THE BEST.

I’m very new to getting my eyebrows done and learning makeup I was recommended by a friend to come here so I did a few months ago I was taught a lot about benefit products by Stephanie she was such a sweet girl who helped me a lot with the products she was kind enough to walk me through everything and show me what’s best to use a beginner I was originally told to book in with Shae but as she wasn’t available that day I booked in with Sylvia who seemed very nice at first but I asked her for a brow wax and tint and she only ended up doing a wax and then put gimmie brow which didn’t last more then a day she explained why she couldn’t tint as I had a gap in my eyebrow but I still wanted the tint and Stephanie said there were products to help with gaps which I was going to purchase after my wax and tint which Sylvia didn’t do I’m happy with how my brows came out but next time I hope I get my tint as it was my first ever time getting one and I missed out which was a bummer
