Really happy with my shopping experience this afternoon, the person serving (I don't know her name, but she had a floral arm tattoo) was lovely and provided great help in finding me the right sizes.

The sales on at the moment are fantastic too! I will definitely be a return customer and this has become my new shop for when I need new bras/underwear.

Staff were great. I got bra and underwear both half price and one of the store clerks helped me to fit sizing of my bra's.

Big thank you to Taylor for her customer service, i have like many gained weight over the last 2 years and not having been fitted for bras for a very long time was a little self conscious knowing i needed to get some help - Taylor was patient and attentive - and ensured i felt comfortable and confident with my purchases-

Had the most fantastic customer service at Bendon outlet Uni Hill Bundoora yesterday. Taylor was SO warm, kind and professional.her product knowledge was excellent as was her ability to recognise my needs swiftly. She made the bra fitting experience incredibly respectful and easy and I’ve walked away with a size a products that fit perfectly, which I know would not have happened if left to my own devices. Thank you Taylor - you are the reason I feel amazingly confident in my new products today.

The staff were wonderfull, helped my mum who hadn’t back issues and a larger chest get a fitting and helped me without having to look at my chest our touch me (because of body issues). The bras we got are so comfortable and so pretty. Didn’t make me embarrassed about having a larger chest but being young. I honestly can’t wait to go back here

This place is the best for service. 10 out of 10. I always come out feeling that the service was above and beyond. Fitting customers all day must be a drag but I have only had the best service. The stock is fashionable and affordable, with brands like Pleasure State and Heide Klum.

I shopped here last week, the service provided from employee Kayla was disgusting. My partner and I were in store for a good 10 minutes we were not greeted, offered assistance in fact it was like we were invisible. I did purchase a matching set after having to Google the bra size conversion. Once I chose my items I waited at the register to be severed but once again nothing. I then walked over to Kayla and asked to be served. The look on her face and the aggression in her tone of voice made me feel as though it was a hassle to complete her job.
I will never return to this store whilst this horrible lack of enthusiasm person works for this company. It's a real shame and businesses wonder why you are running at a loss and everyone is turning to online shopping.
Wake up and look at the pathetic people you're employing to represent your company/ business name.

Super friendly and helpful staff - I had an issue with sizing and the sales assistant Anna was very knowledgeable and assisted me with exchanging one item which was the incorrect size. Highly recommend!
