10This has become my go to for my underwear & bras for years now. Great prices, big selection, and most importantly is the quality!
A huge range of bras and undies and patient staff who are the go betweens for customers in the changerooms and the stock. Hard to fit, or those who don't really know what styles are available, or which ones suit - this is the place for you. Discounts mean affording what may otherwise be out of reach.
I had been a long term customer. Purchased a bra 5 days ago with receipt. Informed manager happy to exchange as l already got this style.
Without listening said it cannot be done.
Will not be returning.
When they have a sale, they really discount their lingerie. This is the first place I go when I need underwear.
We Shopped with confidence in this store. The sales lady knew her products and was passionate about helping her customers get the best fit & look for their body shape. 10 out of 10 for customer service.
Still waiting on refund for items returned over a month ago.
Item did not fit so paid extra to send back with tracking.
Tracking shows item received a month ago by Bendon, still no refund or response. Have contacted multiple time with no response.
Now they have the item back to see to someone else, I am out of pocket the item and the cost for return shipping. Would not shop here again.

I came in to change some items I had bought at the Bendon Online Store but did not fit. Fantastic that I could be fitted for the correct size and organise the exchange with no problem. This outlet has a fantastic range of women's and men's underwear at excellent prices. The staff are helpful and attentive. Excellent experience for me.

Staff are useless. No help at all. 3 staff members, shop not busy! Staff in Lala land. Could be laying dead in change room for hours, they wouldn’t know as they are to busy sleep walking!
Tried to charge me $39 for a $20 bra. BAD SERVICE No customer skills. Wake up and get your heads out the clouds! Deserve 0 stars. Clearly staff are only there for appearance money.
