Sally's ability to multitask completely baffles me. She was helping 2 or 3 customers as well as serving/register/phone. I hadn't been fitted in years but she was super helpful when recommending sizes and fit. She made the process a lot less stressful and anxiety inducing.

The lovely sales assistants we're absolutely amazing! Juggling a few ladies at a time and making everyone feel comfortable and well looked after. Excellent covid safe measures in place and the store was very clean and well laid out. The deals on offer were fantastic and I can't believe I walked out with so much for very little outlay! Will definitely pop in again and highly recommend.

Bendon Smith Street is my go-to for bras. They have a great range of products in larger sizes! Amazing sales on bigger cup bras - often bras in my size cost me $70+ but I got one the other day for just $20! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Good with exchanges too.

The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable, great at fitting and very professional. There was no 'hard sell' and no pushing/stalking like I have had at other lingerie shops, they are like talking to a friend. They also gave me great advice regarding bra size, fit and style to suit my shape. The products range in price, there is something for everyone. Am very impressed by the quality of the products I purchased, even the $20 bras are quite good! I was in there for ages and they were extremely patient with me. Spent around $300, and I got at least $600 worth of items if I were to go elsewhere. So many colours, textures, you can't just walk out with one! Especially since they have a giant section of low priced and discounted items. All sizes, from massive to tiny, and plenty of the average/common 10-14, B-D sizes too. (Nothing worse when you are a common size and they are all gone.) But they stock well, and you won't be let down.
This place is over an hours drive for me, but I will DEFINITELY be back when I need more items. Thanks ladies ️

Great selection of beautiful underwear at reduced prices. I have received very good advice over the years, with always someone checking if bras fitted well and suggesting alternatives if not perfect.

Lots of designer lingerie at bargain prices. Take your time to look and try. Staff is always friendly and helpful although at times too busy as there could only be one on duty. Sign up for newsletter and never miss out on bargains. Qualities of products are top notch. Highly recommended.

I love the bendon outlets and they are great at helping you, but I'd say almost too keen here, it's hard to just try some bras and get what you want, especially when you know your taste and size well. With help you might find the perfect fit but maybe in a granny model which makes your feel very unsexy in all ways. So if you want help it's great, if you want to peruse on your own you almost need to be rude.
