4Very helpful in solving an internet problem and advice on how to change providers.
Recently I was struggling with an NBN connection at home that wasn't achieving the speeds I was paying for. A quick call to Ian and the team at BVD arranged a visit for the next day.
Today on site, the technicians easily diagnosed the problem. They re-cabled and tested the port in my house and quickly solved the issue with very little down time.
Now not only am I achieving the right speed, but my connection is even more stable that before. Very happy indeed!
We had intermittent and unpredictable dropouts every 10 minutes on FTTN. Fixed up the cabling in the house, now I connect at 85 mbps (double the previous speed) and no dropouts yet! Would highly recommend getting the wiring checked (even in new houses like mine) to everyone.
Ian was extremely helpful and went out of his way to come in the same day when our phones were not working. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner and gave us a variety of options for what we were looking to do in our business. Highly recommend giving Bendigo Voice and Data a try!
