Bendigo Visitor Centre reviews
8 I went to visitor information on Thursday 28/12/2023 at 9.45am. The place is very nice and informative with impressive art display.
Staff were not really helpful and friendly. Customer service needs to be improved a lot. Especially, a lady was not willing to explain anything when being asked what is happening in the town. Three staff were talking together while serving customers makes the environment unwelcome and unfriendly.
Not really alot of Bendigo related merchandise. The guide books ect were good and nice to see plenty of other areas included.
A well set up information centre featuring an art display. This centre is located in the historical heart of Bendigo.
This is one of the must visit places if you are visiting Bendigo, great collection and information about the rich heritage of this area. Just walking distance from the Station. Also have Aboriginal museum/ art gallery inside the building, worth visiting if you are an art lover. Staff is very helpful and will assist you with all your questions patiently
Very good. They give all the information to us. And search even more. The man from viditor center talk about the " BATS".
Bendigo do something about the Bats: they bring all sicknis and desires to children people.
I stopped in a few weeks ago as I've recently relocated. The friendly service of the staff was wonderful and welcoming. I certainly walked out with more information than I expected. I also picked up a few locally made items. Delicious
Plenty of information. Friendly service. Conveniently located in the centre of town. Good place to visit for some information about Bendigo.
My wife and I came to Bendigo to see the Elvis exhibition which was amazing.
My gripe is that Victoria has just emerged from a series of lockdowns and you would think that a coffee shop any coffee shop would be open on a Monday. The Gallery Cafe was overwhelmed so why did no one outside have the entrepreneurial nouse to open up. Every one nearby was closed the only one who was open oddly had their coffee machine break down as we entered. Hudsons coffee would not serve us a sit down coffee and cakes because in OVER an hour they were closing.
Really Bendigo, you have a beautiful city but the service needs lifting.
