5Absolutely appalling service from Bendigo Suzuki. Had nothing but trouble after taking my Swift there for a regular service and now have to pay for another mechanic to assess and repair the damage caused. Had to take it back 3 times in one week due to problems that arose after picking it up (including engine light coming on twice), only to be told they were all a 'coincidence' and not their responsibility. Terrible customer service. Extremely unhelpful and dismissive. Will never take my car anywhere near the place ever again.
Had My Isuzu DMax service their (Isuzu Dealer) Verry happy their was no push to do extra, The staff are friendly helpful, As I live in WA this is to far to go for next service, Would recommend this Dealership highly
I have never been to a car dealer where staff seem to actively avoid talking to a customer. Ended up buying my Suzuki in Melbourne
