Bendigo Street Milk Bar

Great local cafe. Really fresh yummy food and great service. They make a wicked chicken sandwich. The beef brisket burger is also one of my fave dishes here. They make awesome smoothies. My kids had the Rueben and smashed avo. My son thought the Rueben was the best he had ever tried. If you like jam they also sell an amazing cherry jam and the strawberry one is good too. A few times when I can't be bothered cooking I've tried a few of their takeaway meals and they were also enjoyable. Particularly the soups. Highly recommend and have returned several times

Came in and got the Reuben and a smoothie, both were absolutely amazing. The service is great highly recommended!

Excellent coffee and menu options.
The venue itself is very inviting and homely and the outdoor area is great on hot, sunny days.

I feel the need to update this post as I have seen a lot of changes at the milky. Whilst I have always loved being a customer here I’m telling you now the coffee NEVER disappoints, food is fresh and delicious - hello breakfast salad and my favourite… egg, mushroom and spinach wrap I love the engaging team but miss buddy the most beautiful dog keep doing what you do team Milky because you do it so well. Thank you

love my morning stop off at Bendigo Street Milk Bar either for a coffee and light brekky to go (the best egg and bacon rolls) or my fave sit down -the breakfast burrito. Fresh, delicious and ALWAYS service with a smile. Yey for you!

Been going here for years with my kids, absolutely love the food and the atmosphere. The location is perfect, the youngest likes to go for a walk in the park after breakfast. Coffee is great too! Cannot recommend enough:) I highly recommend the bacon and eggs.

I woke up one morning absolutely starving but at the same time I wanted a coffee to caffeinate my day. I was having severe anxiety over where to go as where can I demolish my hunger but equally quench my thirst for coffee? Then it hit me. Bendigo street milk bar! Not only did I annihilate my hunger but I quenched that thirst don’t you worry. Coffee, milkshake, coke, kombucha followed by a quiche, egg and bacon, pie and snag barrel everything you name it they have it. Not only did it cure my anxiety knowing I could go to bendigo street milk bar, but it quenched my thirst and satisfied my hunger. 11/10

Great coffee, if he is there Charlie (the blonde guy with luscious hair) makes a masterful coffee.

Amazing food and even better coffee, staff were wonderful and very kind. Beautiful interior and a stunning back area. A must go to cafe in Melbourne, best cafe i’ve ever been too!

Loving the new look and feel. The salads and soups are absolutely delicious well done team and so glad the sausage rolls and pies are back the boys love them

Nice little spot, bit pricey when you need to go up and order and pay at the counter.

Wonderful staff that are so nice. Great breakfast menu however it is a stretch for lunch choices. The coffee is top notch! There are many different rooms to choose from if you want to catch up with a group.
I would be happy to come back again.

This place is in need of a good make over very tried looking the staff where quite polite the not to bad

One the worst cafe i ever come across, i ordered 6 cold chai late for my family, they don’t know how to make cold chai, they gave us milk with half cup of ice in it, after asking owner, he didnt even talk properly and move away saying that’s how they make cold chai. I wish i can give them zero star. Really disappointed. What a waste of money

Very nice Cafe, food and coffee was great, Buddy the black lab is equally as friendly as the staff.
