Bendigo Stadium reviews
54 My first visit to this arena - Bendicon being the reason. It is a big place in terms of building and surrounding fields stretch out from it.
One basketball court catered for the fun and frivolity of Bendicon. I saw other parts devoted to martial arts, a bistro and a cafe
Staff were all friendly and efficient.
It was a great day. Will be back again
Always a great experience regardless which part of this facility you attend.
Bistro/restaurant is always AMAZING, food is delicious every time, never any issues, staff are all friendly and helpful and tolerant of all children nothing is a problem. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
We held my grandmother's 100th birthday at Red Energy and they were helpful from booking until the end of our day. Highly recommend.
Been here a few times for events, concerts and this time, for a first, to actually watch sport. Well, I played a game on my phone while my daughter watched the game of basketball. Those shoes squeak. Good venue.
Seating insufficient for the number of spectators. No seating at all in some arenas. Very few bins - rubbish everywhere afterwards. No free water. Hot and crowded in an active covid enviroment.
Great stadium with lots of basketball and netball courts for community competition. Bistro and takeaway available.
Shared lunch with friends, the food was, great lots to choose from, coffee amazing, cost was reasonable.
Plenty of parking, good access for the disabled, a big play ground for children fenced and visible from the restaurant.
Great place for volleyball tournament. Had a great time while I was there and the facilities are really nice and well looked after.
Outstanding new basketball stadium
Staff are great
The stadium could hold most functions
The Bendigo Stadium is on the corner of the Calder Highway and Golden Sq - Long Gully Road. This complex can host multiple events, basketball, dancing etc.with good seating views of the entertainment. A large entrance hall with security welcomes you. Plenty of car parking.
Food was nowhere near the standards of the other 4 main clubs in Bendigo though the service was very good.
Check in makes one stick ones fingers down ones throat,
Meal distinctly on the average side.
It is a large stadium with at least 2 halls, there are toilets and a small take away food shop, but the variety of food is limited, fried food. There is, I think a restaurant, though I didn't eat there. The carpark is adequate for the stadium's patrons.
Service was excellent, our waitress was lovely and it wasn't a problem to take leftovers home or get extra sauce. Meals were good sizes and very well made
The food was nice and a really good place I wish I lived closer it was a great vibe I recommend it for others and it was a very close game and we had front row seats but there wasn’t many people because of COVID so overall it was a cool experience
Don't miss Friday night Member's Happy Hour. $5 Schooners. Friendly efficient service all around and a courtesy bus for a free arrived home after!
Disappointed to be turned away from our booking because one of our party was a senior with no photo ID. Was looking forward to it.
Great stadium, nice little pub in the stadium which is an awesome touch in my opinion, great place to bring the family whether you're a spectator or just want a nice outing with the family
This place used to be a one star but now it's a 4, Well the food here has really up its game lol, I really didn't want to go but glad I went, staff was nice easy to get around the place.
