Accommodating, professional and skilled are 3 key words to describe my experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

Bella and the girls have gone above and beyond for me, getting me an appointment with only a days notice and making sure I was looked after! And Sashi, the dentist, a great man, with a great sense of humour, did all he could to help me (and I made it hard)

Called up on a Saturday morning in a lot of pain. They were able to book me an appointment straightaway. I was treated by Dr A Kumar who was amazing & put me at ease. Dr Kumar completed the required treatment for issue at hand & has made a plan for me going forward for future treatment & dental care. Dr Kumar & the dental assistant were so kind & lovely. Shout out to awesome reception lady too. I can’t thank you all enough!

Over the last six months I received work for two crowns and one Bridge. Before continuing with the work we discussed dental options and what was suitable to meet my current dental needs. We also discussed financial plans and payment options for either dental option I took. Works were completed in a timely manner and I can smile with confidence that the work carried out was professional, skilled and with a flare of finesse. The girls at the front counter were always fantastic. Professional polite and so helpful with private health insurance and payment options. U are always greeted with a smile. There constant reminders about my appointments were really helpful for a busy lifestyle. They would even call post procedure checking in on your dental welfare. Thank you to Armith and the team at Bendigo smiles.

I'll keep it short not a great fan of going to the dentist, but have found Bendigo smiles to be quite good and very happy with the dentist I have been seeing. Seems very professional and and I get the impression that he genuinely enjoys doing the best he can for his patients. Would recommend this practice.

Alina and her nurse Amanda were super friendly and gentle for my check up and clean today, they explained everything very clearly and made me feel at ease the whole time:)

Falsely advertising emergency dental. We have just moved to bendigo and they said as we are not established patients I will have to find somewhere else. No where on the website does it say established clients only. Very disappointing considering now I have to drive to Melbourne for emergency treatment. Would not recommend and will not becoming an established patient. I have to drive myself to Melbourne as I have pain radiating down my jaw and neck from my tooth. Severely disappointing way of not supporting your local community.

I had an amazing experience at Bendigo Smiles today. Alina made me feel very comfortable and explained the process with a gentle and compassionate nature. My dental nurse, Tara, was such a bright light to have in the room, she made me feel like family! Highly recommend️
