I was recommended Bendigo PC Clinic after approaching some larger laptop repair businesses because of my small budget and apparently simple fix. When I went in to get the issue diagnosed and fixed, it turned out the simple problem was actually a nightmare: dead CPU. I don't know the lingo, but even I knew that was pretty close to worst case scenario.
Summer and the team at Bendigo PC Clinic had the motherboard shipped to Sydney to be seen by a specialist who videoed his diagnosis on the board and determined I would need a replacement. This video was then uploaded to YouTube for complete transparency of the process.
Summer helped me pick out a second-hand laptop (one much better than the one I was hoping to fix) and transferred my data over from my old hard drive free of charge due to the unfixable status of my old laptop. I even got a good deal on the new one too!
I highly recommend Summer and the team, they have turned what should have been an incredibly stressful situation into a breeze. I will be using them again with all my computing needs!
I had a problem with a laptop purchased from Bendigo PC Clinic it would not connect to my internet, one phone call and within a very short time they had a representive at my home. He worked on it and realised he needed to take it back to the workshop for further investigation. He returned within a couple of hours problem sorted, great service and professionalism.very happy.
