Very helpful and friendly staff, great show room with good stock of machines and equipment. Great prices on the saws and parts. A few Stihl dealers around seem to have the attitude “if you want it, just buy it” but BOPE definitely try help and make sure you’re getting the right model for what you need.

Our new Stihl pruner is a fantastic answer to stocking up the wood fire kindling. These have been very popular and the team at Kangaroo Flat messaged us with news one had been put aside. Thank you so much for great service and product

Very friendly staff providing excellent products and services. Also community minded: was there for their 3rd Birthday (after Covid cancelled the first two). Fun watching the wood chopping and listening to the Pipe Band. Did eat 8 sausages which, considering I am on a diet, was a) really good and b) really bad. If you need outdoor things like quadbikes, chainsaws etc, look them up.

Emily was extremely knowledgable and helpful in finding a mower and whipper snipper that suited my needs. Answered all of our questions. Very happy with the products so far.

Emily and Ashleigh are next level professionals. As I entered clueless, these girls kitted me out with the right chainsaw, the right ancillary equipment, and most importantly, the right advice. Couldn't be happier with the experience, and the resulting outcome onsite. Don't underestimate these young girls - they know their stuff, and come from generational stock in this space. Inspirational to meet. What a bright future they have ahead of them. So pleased to have met them.

Went in to point out that they didn't put enough oil in my mower last service - and somehow they imply my mower was at fault. Go figure!

Em and team are so good to deal with. They are great at sourcing what you need, servicing things in a great time frame, always willing to offer advise and help you with any of your power equipment needs! I have been going to them since they opened and I can say that we won't go anywhere else now.
