Very impressed with Jarrod's service to replace a lock that was decades old and had a broken off key jammed in the lock shaft.

Went in today to buy a $150 Lockwood replacement lock as the old barrel was just rotating and not unlocking. Pete told me what the problem would be and gave me the new clip at no charge. The old lock now works perfectly. Thanks Pete for your honesty and great service.

Rude and arrogant. All I wanted was a cheap replacement key for my car. The employees continued to criticise me for wanting the cheaper key making me feel very uncomfortable and peer pressured to spend more money. That I didn't have.

I received prompt service at a reasonable price and now have a new remote locking key for my car.

You can't get better service then bendigo Locksmiths. We ordered locks over the phone yesterday and they were delivered to us in Daylesford today keyed to our locking system. Thanks Kyle we appreciate the fantastic service.

Happily took my $25.to spend 90 seconds cutting a key I provided

then when it didn't work informed me I needed to take it to an auto elec. To
complete job.
When I suggested it would of been nice if I had of been told that before charging me for a so far useless key the shop assistant tried to make me feel bad for not buying the whole package from them.
Sure, technically my mistake I was unaware.but still poor form.
I am in need of a security system I did not bother to even enquire after this and will go elsewhere from now on.

They helped me out even though they were supposed to be off work for the night which was absolutely awesome. They cut me a new key for my car and drove me back to my car within 15 minutes, which was an absolute lifesaver or else I would've been locked out.

Great service! I was locked out of my house, and they were there in 20 minutes and had fixed the lock, cut me a new key and got me inside my house in another 5 minutes. Very happy.:)
