Benalla Blinds and Curtains

Called in two weeks ago. Prompt call around for measure up. 2 weeks later after numerous phone calls. No quote yet and no follow up phone calls. Shop locally they say.

We have used Penny for curtains and blinds over the last few years on numerous occassions. Service has always been excellent, friendly and professional. Everything has turned up on time and exactly as ordered. Installations have all gone smoothly.
Cannot recommend highly enough.

Excellent service from Penny and the amiable and careful installer Mark. Both turned up bang on time for their various appoints. Although my order was small (coverings for only three windows), I was treated as if I was getting the whole house done. When there was potential issue with my particular choice of pleating Penny was very quick to contact me to see if I was happy with the alternative recommendations made by the curtain maker (which were no problem at all for me). I would not hesitate to use this company again. Like every company I have thus far dealt with in Benalla, they put customers first.

Penny has gone above and beyond the normal service to fix a problem - thank you - it is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend and pricing was good too.

Easy to deal with, quick turn around time. Blinds look great.
