Ben & Jerry’s

Horrible, they have no desire to work. You can spend 10 minutes waiting for someone to help you. I won't come back in my life.

Pretty average except why is there always nobody working here? When I came here today there was one staff member but he didnt even bother to greet me. Service not too good but ice cream is average

It was great. The worker happily told us about ice creams and helped us to decide what ice cream we want

The lady working on the 1st of August at around 5pm is amazing 10/10 for customer service! Super friendly made my day!

Don't go here, wanted to have an ice cream there's no staff working. Horrible place should be closed.

Over priced and bad quality. Asked for two thick shakes, specifically thick, as its something that every other Ben and Jerry’s offers, not once was I told that this store does not offer ‘thick’ shakes. Payed $20 for two small cups of flavoured milk.

These opening times are unrealistic. So I'd highly advise for anyone who would want to get ice cream at B&Js Melbourne Central, to come between times after lunch (1pm) to 9pm.

Also, I know that some of the reviews here say that there wasn't anyone working for 20-30mins and they'd have to wait - that's probably because the employees were on their 30 min break.

Note:
GRATES are UP and all the LIGHTS are turned OFF = it's closed.
If all the LIGHTS are turned OFF = employee is on break and will come back asap.
All LIGHTS ON = an employee should be there, just call out and they'll be happy to serve you.

As a frequent customer of Melbourne Central Ben & Jerry's, I can say that the team here is absolutely lovely and the ice cream is well worth the wait! Ben & Jerry's staff keep slaying! You guys are awesome!

It's a running joke between my friends and I, that no one actually works here. Today was the first time I've ever seen staff here. I've waited 10+ mins for staff on a few a occasions because the store was apparently open. Neither Ben nor Jerry can be found here.

Asked ahead to check if they'd be open just after 8pm, was advised that they'd be open until at least 9pm.
Was very disappointed that they were already closed when we arrived at 8pm, a sad night without icecream.

Don't bother. I've tried twice in the last 5 days, both times they were open, but there's no staff there. I asked at the cinema bevause thats where where phone number redirects to, and the woman had no idea where they were.

I went with my mother. We stood there for at least 15 minutes and there was nobody their to serve us. There was no staff present.

It’s 6pm and they open until 10pm tonight, but they hardly had any flavours left. The staff told me to go to the nearest shop on Flinder’s Lane instead! - way to not do business! I’ll be sure to remember that for next time.
