Your standard ice cream retail spot. Nothing too exciting. Just a nice common area to sit in while you eat your ice cream

Never any staff there to serve customers and servings are smaller than what they used to be.

Waited in like for about 15-20 minutes then as we got to the front we got told they were closing and she refused to serve us, this happened at 9.30 when they close at 10. Super disappointed.

So disappointed, came for 9: 30 session and wanted to order a shake before going in and they had already packed up and closed earlier than advertised!
It says 10pm that they close and they had already closed everywhere off at 9: 30

Goggle time of the shop was 10: 00 pm. I was there at 09: 22 pm. She just served another customer in front of me then it was my turn and she said sorry we are closed. Highly disappointed.

Terrible experience…very rude staff. Looks like they don’t want to make sales. Was there last evening at 09: 25 pm but told me that we are closed whereas on web it says closed at 10: 00 pm

Fantastic service when my girlfriend and I came past Saturday night before a movie. Even though it was very busy, George & Lola went above and beyond to ensure amazing customer service. George made one of the best shakes I've ever had.
Will definitely be returning.

Went here last night. I always grab a thick shake before seeing a movie. Won’t be doing again unfortunately. They have seen the last of me. Shouted my two sons so we spent just on $30. Really poor service. Take away from our evening together.

Never experienced such attitudes from the staff. Service was too slow and what the hell was food. Never gonna spend a cent on this place.

I ordered on uber eats and it does not take 1 hour to get a tub of ice cream from the freezer. It's not like your cooking pumpkin Alfredo

Poor service on Saturday night.
Only one staff on which was a bit unusual, they also didn’t seam to know what they was doing, very slow moving through customers & lack of customer service skills, very poor for such a popular location. When I did get served, I asked for the dairy free option on the board (only one advertised) and got told “Um I don’t think we have that”… how do you not know and why hasn’t the board been updated if you are out of stock? So soon after reopening? Not great re-opening impressions

Ordered via uber eats. Twice in a row received the completely wrong order (I.e. Not the flavours we ordered).

This is the worst Ben n Jerry's service and milkshake I've come across.
Ben n Jerry's is me and friends favorite and the guy who served us first said they don't make thick shakes.

At other outlets I've never been disappointed.

Thick shakes are a must for Ben n Jerry's!

Wow when it comes to dessert, not every brand is so considerate and could balance the health and taste like B&J.

No its not located inside chadstone shopping Centre. I asked the information desk and they said the only one is in the cinema, which i went there and theres nothing. Asked 2 other standing staff in the shopping Centre and the kindly helped me to check but theres no results. I called them 3 times and no one pick up. So where the f is the store located?

I'm sure the service and Ice cream are great, Unfortunately I couldn't get the attention of the Yong lady who was working. There wasn't a costumer in site besides from me and the worker couldn't seem to tare herself away from the chat she was having with the security guard. I waited patiently off to the side until she had finished and approached, Unfortunately she then started another conversation with the server from an adjacent shop. Im not sure why this lady is working in hospitality as she obviously had no interest in doing her job. On entering the cinema my partner commented that she appeared to be bored and was drifting around the complex, from one person t the next, distracting them from there duties. However other then that we did enjoy the 21.30 screening of invisible man at Chadston on the 11th of March

I love the fact that they have such a wide range of flavours available. The staff are always so approachable, informative and friendly. The other day I took one scoop each of the coffee coffee buzzbuzzbuzz and the New York chocolate fudge (I think that was the name) and bought baileys from the bar opposite, poured the baileys over the top of my icecream, and man, it was the best thing ever. Ben and Jerry's icecreams are classic.

Modern decor and is present in every HOYTS cinema we went to. It is happy food for the movie goers! I must admit I am one of those despite the strict health Bell ringing to shy away! Not cheap, but really satisfying the sweet teeth!

First had this Ice cream in the states in the early 90s and loved it. The Aussie version is just as good.
