Ben And Jerry's Scoop Shop

I ordered an ice cream birthday cake for my husband online, went to pick it up, only to be told they hadn’t gotten the order (after being told I came two days early to pick it up). I was offered alternatives which included waiting 90mins for a cake to be iced or one they had on display which I still had to wait 20 mins for them to “write” on it. They waived the $10 fee for the inscription but I still had to pay full price for the cake. Returned to pick up the cake only to find the writing were just letters placed on top of the cake, to make matters worse “Happy Birthday” wasn’t even spelt correctly.

Paid $7.10 for the smallest scoop of ice cream I have ever seen in my life. My friend and I both became sick after eating there last night too. Seems I’m not the only one either!

Was standing there for 5 minutes, a guy walked out, looks at me, says nothing, then leaves the shop and walks off. Another 5 minutes later someone else who works at the cinema came up and told me the person working is on break and won’t be back for another 5 minutes. Who just leaves a store unattended? No sign up saying “be back soon” or anything, just leave customers to stand there hopelessly not knowing what to do, and then making me wait even longer? Was temped to walk in and just get it myself

A little on the pricy side but the ice cream was good and the service was excellent. The signage is a little confusing - "regular scoop" is actually two scoops (around $9) and the "large scoop" is actually three scoops. I was pretty pleased with the amount for the money.

I've been waiting for about 7 mintues and no one is here to serve me. They are open at the time too

$7.10 for the SMALLEST scoop of ice cream I have ever witnessed in my entire 20 years of living. I had to hold in my laughter as the girl served me it. Waste of money, average ice cream and the size of a nipple not including the areola. Don’t care about inflation clearly the company only value money and not customer satisfaction

My family and I decided to buy some ice cream after lunch. To our surprise Ben and Jerry's doesn't have a sitting area for families.

$8.30 for this, smallest ice scoops ever!
Even worst it was already melted.
What a waste of money, we i asked the staff members, she said thats the size

Me and my friend were here for shopping at the Eastland Ringwood and we decided to get Ben and Jerry's ice cream. The staff was very friendly, even at the closing hour, helped us by offering samples of different flavors. She highly recommended the tonight dough ice cream, and Mint chocolate Chunk. The Ice Cream was very good, especially the texture, consistency and was very flavorsome. I really loved the tonight dough one I have selected. This is a must try if you want to try something new. The cones looked very tempting, especially the chocolate dipped waffle cone. Can't wait to try it.

Just wanted some ice cream and a milk shake but was force feed their political opinions on the current Governments gas policy.
It’s completely insane, really not the place for it.
Apparently it’s a push by the parent company Unilever.
I just wanted ice cream and not to be a part of what ever international corporate scheme your running.
Why would anyone take political advice with ice cream, makes no sense.

The first time I went the lady made my icecream super loose and ripped me off because there was barely any icecream in my pint. Terrible customer service. Sevond time I went a man served and he is SO NICE. He recommended me his favourites, let me test some flavours, actually packed my pint full and overall it was a great experience. Man needs a pay raise

The sizes were all recently made one size smaller (where the prices remained fixed), tastings were not allowed (due to COVID-19) and the end product remains the same.

Very expensive ice-cream which exploits customer vulnerability as they seek convenience in entering the cinemas. For the record, Coles has a broad range of options.

I love ice-cream, happy to admit it, there's ice-cream and then there's ICE- CREAM, but Ben And Jerry's is the most overrated ice cream of ALL ice-creams.

We attended Ben and Jerry's this morning for celebratory icecream, and we discovered it did not open until 10.30am. So we waited around until time ticked over and 10 minutes after the opening time there was still no one there. Very unprofessional, not impressed

Been there twice and no one there to serve. I asked the second time and someone came running out and then running back to wherever else they were working.

My milkshake was rushed and not worth the money or time waiting.

This is my favourite ice cream store. I love the flavour of their ice cream. They have a variety of ice creams in their menu card. You can also try their Kitkat ice cream roll, which is my fav. I also like tutty fruity, choco cones, red velvet ice cream from Ben And Jerry's.

This is the best ice cream shop I been. Their ice cream teast really good and is it really big and cheap

Absolutely amazing ice cream love the hot fudge sundae. Only problem half the time the skimp on the ice cream and fill up with cream. Not impressed paying that much for cream.

The ice-cream is delicious and the customer service is really good, however taking into consideration the price of the scoop you should improve your serving size and fill the cones up to a better standard.
