Great physio team, friendly reception staff and a new gym with membership options for all!

I tore my PCL. Travis has me working on strengthening it. With a combination of massage and strengthening exercises, the leg is improving each week. Avoiding surgery is very important and I am very happy with the way it’s improved. The gym is set up for athletes and for every day people needing physio, which is helping me improve. What a great service.

Travis is fantastic. After injuring my hand in a motorcycle incident, that didn’t seem to be healing, Travis provided me with hands on therapy and some at home exercises and treatment, that improved the use of my hand significantly within one week.
