Fantastic service by Richard. He went above and beyond to help me when looking for a corner door hinge. During the difficult lockdown period and not being able to enter the store, Richard was very helpful in making sure I was ordering the correct hinge. Lovely to talk to as well, great customer experience.

Excellent service! Today I was very impressed by Jules the Showroom manager who called me earlier to say my item I ordered had arrived. With 10 mins till close she was exceptionally helpful, willing to stay 10mins after closure for me to pick up my item. Awesome customer service, thank you

I have been to this store several times now and out of the 7-8 times I have been given very poor customer service.
I ask for a product told its down in location 2 or 5 or 9 to find they don't even sell the item I want nor offer an other product to do the job.
They even suggested to go to there other store in Barwon Tce and was told there that they had to order in any Shed items just an other waisted journey.
It looks like this store needs to have some product training so that customers can purchase goods from them I find it hard to beleave they are part of the block.

I rang and asked about some timber and was told that I'll have to "come down and look in the racks myself". "Whatever we have was out there", I was told.

I'll have to agree with the other reviewers. The sales guys don't seem to care.

Timber range seemed good, hardware and tools were limited and pricey. In the timber section I wandered about for 15 minutes with no offer of assistance and there was no pricing on anything. When I asked at the front what the go was for prices they told me to write down all the barcode numbers for the timber I wanted then send them an email and they would get back to me? Right. I'll just go somewhere that's happy to actually tell me the price of the items they offer for sale.

Have to agree with John, they were not interested in selling any timber products in the main office. Even the staff said we were better off trying someone else at this time of year. Been building projects for 30+ years and my 11 year old walked out with me and said, "There was no customer service there" So we went across town and took the 2K timber order to a competitor.

Should be called Bentmore Home Timber and Hardware, hard to tell whats more warped, their timber or commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a company that understands the difference between ignorance and apathy, they don't mind and you don't matter. Now about a week behind schedule.
