Bells Beach Surf Shop Torquay

I had an amazing experience at Bells Beach Surf Shop when I recently rented a surfboard. The team was incredibly warm and helpful, making my visit truly enjoyable. Their assistance and friendly attitude added a fantastic touch to my surfing day. Highly recommend this shop for a great surfing experience!

Lachie went above and beyond to get me the wetsuit I wanted, ran around the block to a storage place somewhere just to find me the size I needed

Went there to hire a surf board for half a day. Dude in there was super nice and chill. Gave us a good board and showed us a nice place for surfing. It was a really uncomplicated and good experience! Even told us his favorite place for fish n chips, when we asked. (twas Fishos and it was the bomb!)
10/10 would hire there again

Great customer service! Spoke to a guy on the phone regarding an issue I was happy, and he was perfectly happy to explain and resolve the situation.
They really know their stuff and definitely 100% care about their customers and just want a good all round service.

I highly recommend visiting this little surf shop if you are in Torquay for any reason. The staff there are super helpful and friendly. Even though the shop seams small it is choc full of everything you need. If they don't have your size they'll organise what you need from another local store. Whenever I need something surfing related Bell's Beach surf shop is where I go first.

I was blown away at the friendliness by Sarah as well as the selection available in store. When you check out the outlets, make sure you cross the street! Highly recommend this shop.

On the 17th November, I was served by Sarah. I am an older woman who suffers from arthritis and she went above and beyond to find me a wetsuit that would suit my needs. If it hadn't been for her persistence, I would have come away empty handed. Sarah is a credit to this company and I would have no hesitation in recommending her. Her manner and high level of care and knowledge of wetsuits resulted in me purchasing a fantastic wetsuit. Thank you Sarah.

Beginner 17 year old surfer! Knew what he wanted do he reckoned. The lady who served us At Bells Beach Shop was so helpful, happy and so easy to talk to, she put us on the right track, explained everything to us, best surf board for beginners, best beaches to start on. We couldn't have asked for a better your guide 5

Had a problem with a board purchased here, was understandably initially questioned on the background of use because the problem we had could easily be caused by the user, so was relying to a fair degree on our word. This was was respectfully resolved by the owner with a new replacement, this speaks volumes and showed integrity. Our network including locals shop here and will continue to endorse this shop. Well done.

Really poor Shop, I went in asked them I could get a wetsuit for under 200, the staff then said I wouldn't find a wetsuit anyware for that price, he had a really arugant attitude treeted me like an idiot. Needless to say I went elsewhere and found a 4/3 for 150. The staff member had longish blond hair and a ratty moustache, he needs an attitude change.
