Room was amazing had a spa bath king bed was so comfy room was very neat and tidy reception on arrival was very nice over all enjoyed our stay

Pretty ordinary overall, I’m not one to bother with reviews but need to let people know, disappointed with staff,
Toilet was leaking the whole time and some of their policies are a bit over the top. We have a 4 month old and they wanted to charge us $30 a night for a little cot? ! No microwave, limited stuff for making breaky in the morning like you’d expect in most places. Better off in a caravan park. Never again.

I booked this super cozy courtyard view spa suite, and the room was just perfect. The receptionists were really friendly and made me feel welcomed. Just a heads up though, it seems like they don't provide toothbrushes, so make sure you bring your own. But they've got you covered with towels and all the other nice and clean amenities you'd expect. And the shower gel smelled absolutely amazing!

The location is spot on, couldn't ask for better. The only thing is that onsite parking is a bit limited, so that could be a bit of an issue. But there's plenty of off-street parking available, so you'll find a spot without a problem.

Worse experience ever VERY RUDE STAFF, no proper service, no coordination in between staff we did late check out one of the staff said 60$ on call and when I speak to reception they said 100$ for one hrs. Very disappointed. Who is charging 100$ per hrs.

Seasoned property, no maintenance at all, noone comes out for room cleaning, pool and spa have not been cleaned in ages… sauna was broken down… room is ok with the spa but again no cleaning for spa. Not worth the price tag. Toiletries dispenser were all empty…, the plates n curtlery provided were also not clean upto the mark. Balcony facing the resort was useless. Honeymoon suite NOT!

Friendly service & good location. Enjoyed the clean indoor heated pool all to myself (they have a spa too). Good they have a king size bed BUT it was very uncomfortable/unsupportive, along with the pillows. Could hear the water pipes when the other room used the shower. Need to make the hallway entrance door to where all the rooms are to be soft closing as it slams & the nearby rooms would heat it going all day/night. Spacious enough corner shower. Handy place downstairs to have breakfast.

Excellent accommodation for our needs. Enjoy our stays here when travelling through.
Safe off street parking is essential, as we tow a large boat, back street entrance, makes for easy access.

This is a really nice motel, well located, with good facilities, large rooms, and polite, helpful and friendly staff

Room was big and had very poor ventilation. The whole window steamed up. Bed was hard and the sheets felt like I was sleeping on sandpaper. The bathtub jets are not where you sit. Room up very steep stairs. Staff not that friendly. Kept sending texts to do PreCheck in because they want less contact.

VERY over priced. Room itself is ok, very spacious but for $264 I’d expect working wifi and a coffee-pod machine, not instant sachets (fortunately we BYO’d our own from home). It’s not 2001. Also, walls and door are paper thin.

Stayed here over queens birthday long weekend with husband and 5 kids! We stayed in the 3 bedroom waterview apartment and it was the best! Checking in was a breeze, the apartment was exactly like the photos! Loved the layout of the apartment! Everyone was so friendly and helpful location is perfect! The kids enjoyed the pool everyday! Would definitely recommend Bellevue on the Lakes to anyone! We hope to see you all again sometime soon!

Nice enough place but the waterpipes in our 2 bedroom unit were incredibly noisy. Had to buy earplugs to sleep. Do not stay in unit number 3.

Overpriced! This was the first time ever in my life that I found no toilet rolls in the toilet.housekeeping doesn’t do their best job… we took family room for two adults and two children.they do not have bed for the last person, the bed is laid down on floor and doesn’t even have good duvet/mattress.they have space for sure for bed, they could have easily put another single bed but they have nt done that.doesn’t look like 4 star.doesn’t do justice with the price they charge per night.

Strong unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom floor drain in the morning.
There is a small fridge but no mugs/kettle in the room.
Room is otherwise clean with a large comfy bed. Very conveniently located.

Beautiful, comfortable room.
It was a little awkward getting luggage up and down steep stairs to our king spa suite.
Staff either not available at front desk, or very busy so we had to work out a lot of things ourselves, like wifi and alternate ways to our room.
We would stay again.

The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfy. But everything can be heard, I was trying to relax after a long drive and all I could hear was screams of children and the chatter of others. Could not get a moment of peace.

Atrocious mattress. For an expensive hotel, they had an extremely uncomfortable bed and I had to wake up in the middle of the night due to back pain from springs in the mattress. I stayed there for two nights but left early next morning at 5am as I couldn't sleep. Now I have been having back pain for the past few weeks because of it. My wife's neck was also stiff after that as the pillows were low quality too. The view was nice and room was okay otherwise but it was an extremely regrettable decision to stay here.

Clean. Bit outdated but I liked not having carpet under foot. Tiles were really clean and so were the linens. Not a fan of a totally closed window. We could've had fresh air, instead we needed the air con on all night.

Good size rooms and the amenities are great!
Pool water had high chlorine and was very strong.
Very close to the pier and good views.
