Went in looking for a dress for a mother of the groom for my mum. Tanya, Karina and all the other shop assistants were great! They gave real feedback about what suited and didn’t suit my mum. With a wide variety of dresses we not only had fun but found an amazing and unique gown for my mother to wear!

We had a formal dress disaster the day before my cousins formal, we ran into Belles & Bows at 4: 45pm & were greeted with the most helpful service I have ever received. These ladies went above and beyond to help us find a formal dress at such late notice and even managed to find a seamstress to do last minute alterations, we didn’t walk out of the shop until well after their closing time but there was nothing less than amazing customer service.

Service was amazing. I was aloud to walk around the shop and look at dresses as long as I liked, than had the top level of assistance to help with fitting into the dresses.
