I have had belle property for my latest rental and it has been a great experience. My property manager is very friendly and is always helpful/prompt with any of my questions or maintenance concerns.

Responsive communication, repairs were met quickly after request, easy to follow process to enter rental agreement and easy process to follow once lease was finished.

First time leasing with Belle property group. I Want be in any rush to look elsewhere.
Broadie leased my property and with a decent rental return within the first week of inspections. No hold ups anywhere. Belle are a great team but the approach Broadie has from start to leased. Is very professional and knows her field of work very well. Highly recommend

Brodie from Belle Property was so helpful and efficient in the whole process of finding tenants for my apartment. She made everything so easy and simple as a new client and I couldn't recommend her more.

Inspection dates have been inconsistent. The team has been unresponsive and unorganised regarding the inspection schedules of the properties (e.g. Will advertise inspection schedules for x date then change/cancel/deletes the times in the ad on the same day of the inspection without any notice or confirmation). There was no indication that the viewing was going ahead. I had to call and message the agent multiple times on the day of the inspections to confirm. We arrived at the property with no people waiting and called the agency only to be informed that the viewing was 30min earlier before our arrival. The inspection times advertised and confirmed were incorrect so we travelled and adjusted our work schedules to see the property for no reason.

The only feedback is to be as responsive and accurate with the information provided to prospective tenants, not just buyers and sellers. We understand the market has been crazy but all we ask is for agents to respect our time, especially for individuals with tight schedules.
