Wonderful place. Justin is a wonderful host. Suggestion, it would be nice to have a folding clothes rack to dry our damp clothes and socks in winter. When you drive up be mindful of the parallel side roads on the route which lead to nowhere, especially t the corner of Old Forest Road/Toorak Road/Government Road.

I had the pleasure of visiting this stunning castle-like bed and breakfast a few years ago, and it truly felt like I had stumbled into a fairytale world, like Alice in Wonderland. The property is situated on a generous parcel of land in the eastern Dandenong mountains of Melbourne, and most rooms are designed as standalone cabins that are scattered throughout the grounds, with some additional rooms in the main building.

The owner of the property also runs a charming farm that boasts a variety of fruit trees and vegetables, as well as chickens and ducks. The farm has a peaceful and serene vibe that immerses guests in a tranquil atmosphere. While exploring the grounds, I couldn't help but notice the abundance of cute insects and beautiful flowers that were scattered throughout the property.

The facilities within the cabins are spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable, with each one featuring a large bath that is spacious enough for two people to use at the same time. The breakfast served on the property is absolutely delicious, featuring fresh fruits and scrumptious croissants.

There are also many picturesque tracks near the bed and breakfast that make it the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of Melbourne city life for a while. The air here is incredibly fresh, and I am eagerly anticipating my next visit to this enchanting place.

That way you got time to drive up the rd for drink or to eat without rushing

Still nice enough to visit and stay if you not after super wow factor forget it it's like entering someone's property with high gates and u staying the night for dinner which everyone likes those friends lol

Stayed at Marguerite suite and it was impeccable. The location, suite, the gardens were the just perfect escape to the mountains. On top of that Justin was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. Totally recommend this place!

Peaceful and serene in every way. The gardens are beautiful and the nature sounds as that perfect touch. We stayed in the Jardin cabin. Very romantic set up with large spa bath and stunning French inspired decor. Breakfast was nice but could be improved by adding a touch more luxury- perhaps provided daily or adding eggs from the chook house and or some cheese or fresh bread. Overall highly recommend this B&B.

Place was clean and tidy and beautiful. We loved our stay and would definitely go back again. Customer service was great. Only wished we had a king size bed, overall we was very happy with the place.

Absolutely perfect little cottages in the mountains. Perfect hosts, perfect room, perfect view and perfect home baked croissants for breakfast. And so close to home, literally 40 mins from our house in Melbourne’s burbs. Never wanted to leave.

Perfect! Exactly what we needed for a little get away to switch off and unwind. Our Suite was spotless, all the little details are greatly appreciated. The fresh croissants in the morning were amazing! We were warmly welcomed on arrival and giving great suggestions on things to do and places to visit during our stay. We can't wait to return and enjoy the other suites!

Great place to stay for a special weekend. Our room was huge and comfortable. Facilities very good.
They also have self contained cottages overlooking a forest glade. Very romantic.

Enjoyable stay and beautifully decorated room. The space was very comfortable to stay in, and the bed was very comfortable. The couch cushions did slip a fair bit unfortunately, which meant we had to keep getting up and pushing them back to get comfortable again. The spa was a great feature though!

It was great that the cottage was fully self contained, and in a great location to visit Olinda, Mount Dandenong, etc.

The minute we arrived Justin was there to greet us nothing was to much to ask
He was polite kind and very charming
Helped us out with our son unexpectedly staying over the night
So that he didn’t have to travel home late whilst having had a few beers in our celebration etc
Can’t thank them enough
We will defiantly come back in the near future
Scenery ambiance and local shops were a delight
A hidden treasure not to be missed out on trust me

Beautifully appointed luxury accomodation. The attention to detail is exquisite. The hosts are lovely and saw to all of the little details.

Amazing place nestled amongst beautiful Dandenong Ranges, with a room with European style, is simply magnefic.

Fantastic place with lovely decor and good cleanliness. Service was just as good, if not better.

We stayed at Jardin Suite for a weekend. It was such a beautiful place, nice and intimate for a romantic getaway, beautiful gardens surrounding, such attention to details inside the cabin, we've got everything we needed. Great location too - highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

Would recommend this place to anyone, the attention to detail in my cabin was amazing, from the first step in there I was in awe of how awesome it was, Justin’s hospitality was 5/5, incredibly nice man, will be staying here again.

Simply amazing place. Peaceful and incredibly well appointed with all the little touches that make for a truly memorable stay.
