I booked Bella Beauty for a relaxation facial while on my annual leave and I was completely blown away. I met Le for the first time and she was extremely professional, gentle and thorough. She enhanced my facial by recommending an additional facial needling in order to not just feel relaxed but also come away with long lasting change. While the mask was doing its thing Le gave a complimentary massage. I was blown away by the whole 1 hour and 15 minutes. Definitely superseded my expectations and I highly recommend to other customers.

I'm new to Bella, and I don't know why I waited so long to go! Le is very, very knowledgeable and explains her recommended treatments and costings very clearly at the start of each appointment. She's lovely to deal with and my skin after each appointment has been super! Highly recommend.

I have been going to Bella for all my skin needs for over a decade and I absolutely cannot recommend this place enough! Le usually does my facials although I have had other therapists who are all very professional and experienced; she also gives the best scalp massages while the face mask is on. Even when it’s super busy they take their time!
Very pleasant atmosphere, relaxing vibe, extremely clean and I receive consistent quality service every time.

Thank you Anna for the LED facial with enzyme add on and medi mask, she made my first visit very memorable, she was very informative, thorough, gentle and a great conversationalist who addressed my concerns and questions! I have used the products Le recommends for my skin for years she puts me on a program which has made my skin look years younger. I adore coming to Bella every month because the staff make me feel like family every time I walk in. I cannot speak highly enough of Anna who always tailors my treatments to what my skin needs on the day. She also takes the time to explain what ingredients will be used in my treatments and how they will benefit my skin. Anna is always available via email if I have questions about treatments or products and never fails to give me a call to see how my skin is going, weeks after my treatment.
