I went today to Bella Beauty salon it is my first time there. I was very happy with the final result of my hair from black hair to ombre hair colour credits to Lily who did amazing job. She really transformed me into a different look. Lily is so friendly and easy to work with. I am very pleased with my experience here. I will recomment this salon. Keep up the good work Lily. Went for a hair cut. Good talking by the staff but very poor value for money. Took them less than 10 minutes for a straight cut. Hair was left wet, no blow dry nothing and charged what any other salon would charge for cut, and blow dry. Never going again.

I have been struggling with hair stylists that are not passionate with their art for many, many years. I’ve been in different salons but M & U Bella Hair and Beauty Salon only ones able to correct and transform my hair beautifully. These lady “Lily” the owner of this salon is amazing- She’s very thorough and has a heart with her clients. The price was great, and I was satisfied with the service. I’ve finally found my to go salon when it comes to hair. I highly recommend to everyone!

The lady overcharged us coz hairs were long after the lockdown. Hence she has do "do some extra work" on mine and my son's hair.

I used this hairdressers bella hair to get my hair extensions pulled up as it was dueThey charged me $230 The following time needing my extensions pulled up a went to the lady I usually go to and she asked if ID seen the work bella hair did l said no she showed me it was absolutely terrible a real mess underneath cotton sewn in like a child had done it.l took pictures she said she had never seen bad work like this before.lve tried to message but no answer and now know why the hairdresser lilly said to leave my hair down not to put it up it looks so much better.l would not reccomend bella hair dresses to anyone.

Disappointed!
Firstly they made us to wait half an hour even after taking an appointment.
Attention to customer was very bad.
Left the hot hair spa machine on to the extent that burning smell started coming, as they got busy with other clients and completely forgot about me.
When I complained, she gave me an excuse saying they kept checking whether I'm ok, not too much hot for hair to which I thought I am not supposed to keep an eye on water level in their heater.
Never going back again.
Thank God I came back without getting bald!

Lilly she did fantastic job, she did the same colour which i show her did first time very scared but she is mindblowing and i appreciate her hardwork.

I went there 2nd time, first visit was good but 2nd time other lady done my hair highlights, worst experience, did not explain properly what she is going to do, showed her pic of what i want but done differently, behave rudely. While doing again, even charged more what they said over phone, so much wait too, will not be going back there, never recommend anyone.

Had the younger lady, one of the worst cuts I've ever had. I will be using my own scissors and clippers to tidy up the 3 areas that I can see need fixing. Not going to look at the back (wasn't shown whilst there either, first time ever!).

Anyone living around here go And visit lily. She is amazing. Great prices and I walk out of there always happywith my hair

My first visit was a good experience. However my second was not so great. Someone else cut my hair band turned out nothing what I asked for. Waiting times can be rather lengthy.
