Incredibly rude staff. For a store that self proclaims they’re “trying to do business” they sure are lacking in customers. You can understand why when you talk to them.

Julian and Josh were awesomely helpful and friendly. A lighthearted and very knowledgeable and passionate pair. Great ambassadors for the brand while sorting out an additional band for my watch and trying hard not to buy another one.

Josh and Julian are truly the dynamic duo! Huge thanks to them for helping me secure my NWA which is the classic ceramic chronograph.

Had the pleasure of dealing with a few staff in this store however Josh was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me as much time as he felt I needed. Although B&R was already my preference the experience definitely got me over the line. The watch is amazing and excited to be apart of the B&R team

What can i say? Josh & Harry have both been a pleasure to deal with on my B&R buying journey. Even though i eventually purchased my B&R from an authorised dealer (was a Limited Edition that they were sold out of), they are super helpful with after sales assistance, and an absolute hoot to chat with. Very relaxed experience, and a world away from the snootiness of the usual luxury watch types.

Josh and his customer service is absolutely outstanding, his knowledge and friendly manner were fantastic, my order was online the product was promptly delivered and just beautiful, can't recommend this boutique highly enough.

Josh and Harry were absolutely outstanding. I popped in a few times to try on a few watches and they were very helpful and accommodating. Always happy to grab anything out of the cabinet to try on. Amazing watch selection great store and the service is first class. Nothing seemed to much trouble when purchasing a watch biggest problem was which one to buy. Highly recommend visiting this store.
