We used Bell Property Depreciation Services in 2015 for a comprehensive Depreciation Schedule and found them to be fabulous to deal with. Recently, we required a copy of that schedule and couldn't locate it in our own files. I reached out online to Bell Property Depreciation Services requesting some help - and they responded so quickly. It was outstanding and prompt service 8 yrs later also - and with no tangible benefit to them, but it made such a big difference to us! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services or using them again ourselves.

After approaching 4 different depreciation specialists, we picked Bell. Karen was great to deal with, no high pressure like the other groups, just an honest quote and an explanation of expected time-frames and process. Other groups had slick follow up emails and calls and SMS, which was all very pushy, and some of them were quoting close to triple the price of Bell, and weren't even based in Melbourne! (Hint - if the group you're looking at has spent millions on Google ads, you're paying for that!)
Bill (the quantity surveyor) arrived early and got to work, and was great to deal with. He got a feel for the property and our situation, and was thorough in his evaluation. The final report was sent to us the next day, and provided a comprehensive 'Diminishing Value' as well as 'Prime Cost Value' schedule, as well as excel files of the calculations. His schedule will save us literally several thousands of dollars, and was worth every cent of the very reasonable price we paid. I highly recommend Bell Property Depreciation for anyone Melbourne based (we are actually just in regional Vic!) who is after this type of service. Thank you Bill, Karen and Angela.
