BELL PIZZA

I’ve been buying Bell pizzas for many years, found them good value and quality food and would recommend them any time

It is sooo hard to find a good pizza but I thought I had found a great pizza place. I live in Werribee and would drive to Sunshine for Bell Pizza After last night I will not be doing this again. Firstly I could not get through on their phone number to order then when I got there and did order someone didn't put my order through and I ended up waiting 45 minutes for my pizza whilst watching other people come in order and leave before me. I ordered a family half aussie half supreme NO OLIVES and got home to Werribee and found OLIVES not only on the supreme side but they had also gone onto the aussie side. Totally ruined an entire fanily pizza.

Always get a margarita and chips and it’s always amazing! After trying lots of other local pizza places, Bell Pizza is our go-to!

Best Lasagna, Love it! Best I have had in years. The shop does need to be cleaned up a bit though I do admit - renovated, painted ECT.

The pizzas here are nice but they are not gourmet Italian style. So if you can accept that, they are good. I have a sensitive stomach at times but the pizzas here don't annoy my stomach. They do say 10 minutes for pickup online but that sometimes is 20 or 30 minutes during busy times.

Ordered a single pizza, in person. Told the wait would be 15-20 minutes. 35 minutes later. Not good enough. No update/communication or apology. Suggest finding a different pizza shop.

Have not had a bad pizza from here ever. I've tried everything from sunshine, this is where it's at. Bravo team for keeping consistent with quality. Highly recommended!

Yummy pizza, friendly services. A lot of topping and you can feel the fresh of topping. Tasted and yummy highly recommended

Told me to come in 20 minutes, I came in 30 minutes. Then I had to wait another 25 minutes before I got my order. It is third time that I have been made to wait in front of the shop for 20 minutes or more because they lied about how long it takes to make an order. Btw, pizza is quite good.

I ordered patata pizza where potato, rosemary and rocket are the main ingredients. When I received the order I was amazed and superly disappointed to see that the pizza only had garlic, cheese and potatoes. There was no rocket or rosemary. When I called the restaurant, they apologised saying that they ran out of rocket for the whole week. Which means tht they shouldn’t have accepted the order at first place. This is so annoying. How can somebody eat just potatoes and cheese on their pizza. Ridiculous service. Would never order from this place again.

Best pizzas and lasagna in the West. Our kids especially love the lasagna there and they are very fussy. Great customer service too.

I don’t know what has happened to this place. I’ve been ordered here for the last 5 years and in the last 6months I’ve been delivered garbage. I order ‘chips’ n I never get the same type. Things are ALWAYS left my order.

Usually the pizzas are so beautiful and there’s a good amount of topping. Now it’s like they’re trying to save money and it’s SO disappointing!

I don’t want to go anywhere else but I just don’t think I can put up with this anymore.

Wont answer phones ordered dinner 50 minutes ago I live a 10 minute drive and it’s not arrived they close in 5 minutes and haven’t answered for 30 minutes

I’ve never had pizza like this before. The dough is so light and fluffy and the vegetables they use taste really fresh. The vegan pizzas are the cheapest I’ve seen too!

Normally okay pizza. But just received a no. 4 hot puttanesca. No fresh tomatoes, or chili. But a mountain of cheese. Rang up and said ran out of fresh tomato. Pizza was very bad. Just got a sorry, but I reckon if I requested an extra I would of course have been charged. They have left out 2 ingredients, No discount here. Lost me as a customer.

Got two large prosciutto pizzas with salami. Base/crust was soft and fluffy and not all chewy, wasn't dripping with oil.

Toppings were plentiful and very cheesy. Overall, the best pizza I've had in a few years.

Will be back k again.

I oreder vegan after an hour an half waiting they gave me Rong pizza go back and they said they'll fix it made me set for another hour at the end no vegan pizza. Absolutely rubbish

Went back after 10 years I used to go here when it had mario behind the counter as we used to buy a large pizza $5 and that was worth it always.anyways like everything it went up and mario sold the business off and never came back anymore. I miss him.

First time buying from here, might be our last. Some feedback to the business owner. The Door Dasher handled the pizza terribly.
