I hired a motorbike trailer from Belgrove Hire and am very happy with the trailer as well as customer service. The price was also reasonable compared to other places.

Have used Belgrove many times for all sorts of equipment and always been happy. They've got a huge range of equipment to hire and are well priced. Service has always been excellent too. I wouldn't use anyone else and highly recommend them. Great local business!

Very happy with the service we received when hiring some items over the weekend. I'm new to hiring anything, and will admit, a little clueless when I was trying to describe the items I wanted. The gentleman was very patient and helpful on the phone, as well as the staff onsite when we collected the items. Will recommend Belgrove Hire to anyone, and look forward to using the service again in the future

Whilst they did deliver the hire we required, I was not given a confirmation of our order until after the event, so we had to trust that they had our reservation secured. The man on the phone who doesn't give his name, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Told me 'This job has been a pain from the beginning'. Hmmm we were just trying to communicate they best way to access the site. There is a very helpful and efficient woman there, my advice is if you ring and get her, continue. If you don't, hang up.

Staff have no clue how to speak to customers on the phone.lets hope face to face is better.as a business owner myself, if I found my staff speaking like this I'd be pissed.

Appalled with the rudeness of the guy who took my call today, a little bit of common courtesy and polite phone manner go along way. Laughing at your possible customers because they dont know the exact details of YOUR product, really nice.
