Fantastic little factory outlet with massive savings on fabrics. Open Friday and sat till 4pm. Went today and got mattress fabric for my foggy beds for the rescue fogs only $5, MTR bargain. Lovely friendly helpful lady serving. She showed me all the bargain fabric. Pleasure to shop there. Will definatley be going back for more.

Fabric is fabulous quality staff are helpful it's been my go to place for furnishing and drape fabrics for 15 years. Never disappointed.
