Dee and the team have been amazing with all our dealings. Very attentive and great customer service.

I found Beetle Branding excellent to work with and there service 10 out of 10.have been back there several times and happy with my purchases and design.

I went in to get some embroidery done on three hoodies, I was quoted $15 per jumper for some basic text (22 letters total, no images.) I was told it would take 2 weeks, then, after taking my name and number, I got informed of an "artwork fee" then was told that would cost an additional $80. $80 for spending 15 seconds typing in letters in literally any font into a computer. What an absolute joke.

Oreded my shirts to be branded got them no worries but 3 weeks later part of that same order not in yet and I get no reply from them very average business

We were very disappointed with how we were treated at beetle branding. After a month of organising a custom order (our 3rd order with beetle branding), paying a 50% deposit and accepting a 12 week turn around, Michelle decided to cancel the job and refund the order because it was "just way too hard for everyone". They were unable to provide a sample of decent quality and their communication was poor throughout the whole process. We wish we were told at the beginning that the order was unachievable for them, as we would have gone elsewhere to begin with.

Had a fantastic experience setting up a new uniform for my business.
Sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable, and able to point me in a direction of what would work for me.
Didn't have to wait weeks to receive my order.

Did not hold to promised date for basic shirt printing. When told came out with half hearted work up. Made a mistake with refund amount. Requested customer honesty for returning extra amount. Still charged refund fees. Customer service questioned.

Excellent customer service and assistance. All my orders have been processed and completed in a timely manner. Extremely happy with the end products
