Got great service from Matthew at Beer auto group today. If you want a new vehicle check the dealership out

We purchased a 2018 Nissan navara for our son
i had the nightmare of dealing with the used cars salesman Matthew
Matthew was so helpful until i placed a my deposit and got the paper work done he then wash his hands of me and the excuses started this went on for over a month waiting on parts waiting on RWC with minimal communication
upon receiving the car a month after initial purchase
it required an excessive amount of cleaning it had a wet smell coming from the interior and exterior of the vehicle
we have had the exterior smell issue found and addressed at our cost
we are yet to have the interior smell looked at but this will also be at our cost
My advice tread with caution when buying used cars even from a reputable dealer

Update on my previous post image I have up loaded is with the tub liner removed this was done while trying to locate the dead like smell I have now also been contacted by the dealer and asked to have a quote completed to rectify these issue
At the time of quote / inspection they have found the issue with interior smell also
Looks like mice have been living in this car
This is in no way a personal attack on this dealer it’s just showing how disappointed myself and wife are with the vehicle we purchased for our son

Very professional service, great detail taken and recommend Beer Auto Group. However, as long as the servicing actually happened. Let's see over time and I will post as time shows. The coffee machine is a winner.

The process of having the vehicle available as demo and allowing time to plan the transition to picking up the new vehicle and trading in an older vehicle was perfect planning, facilitated by Alanah who was in constant communication undertaking her role in a professional manner and deserves recognition for her skills as a sales person.

Just wanted to thank Brooke for looking after us so well in the lead up to delivery of our new D-Max yesterday. The handover was great too - a really good intro the car and to the all round service provided by Beer Auto Group. Highly recommended!

We bought our MY22 mux a year ago and today had our 45000km service. Ashleigh was lovely to deal with and explained everything in detail. We had an issue with a door handle and it will be fixed swiftly in just two weeks after ordering the part. Everyone at Beer Auto group have been excellent from start to now. Happy to be dealing with them long term.

Beers were very helpful in my decision to purchase my very first brand new car.
