First time to visit this place 2 weeks ago and was impressed with the service they provide! Leonnie was very gentle and explained each step during the procedure which alleviated my anxiety as this is my second time to have waxing procedure done. The place is clean and hygienic. Staff presented and acted in a very professional manner. Will definitely come back here again for another session.

Been coming here for years. Waxing services mostly. Recently IPL. Staff are helpful, knowledgeable, and generally really friendly.
Definitely make the effort to put clients at ease in what can definitely be an awkward position.

This place is an excellent place to go if you're trying waxing the first time. I decided to try a Brazilian wax and Nikita made me feel so comfortable and at ease. She did a great job, warning me when it might be particularly painful and didn't rush through it. The facilities are good, although a bit hot in the summer, and the location is easy to get to. Pricing is great as well, especially for the exemplary service.
