BED+SOFA

Twelve years ago I purchased a double mattress and bed from Bed and Sofa Ballarat. All good. 18 months ago I bought a queen base, mattress and bed head from Bed and Sofa (The mattress was a firm Indulgence.) Recently I noticed a significant 'dip' in the mattress. It became increasingly uncomfortable to sleep on. I was waking up stiff, sore and unrefreshed.
The staff were not prepared to do anything about this. These products were expensive. The mattress had a 10 year guarantee. A voucher or something as a gesture would have been good.
I will tell everyone I know about this and of course I will never shop at Bed and Sofa Ballarat again.

I visited the store a few times to browse and consider what would suit us best and each time, Phil was ready to assist me with any questions I had as well as leave me free to wander around as much as I liked, without pressure.
Our sofabed was delivered on time by two lovely people who took great care to transfer it from truck to our room, no problem at all.

My husband and I had decided to buy a new lounge room suite, and we were going to do a lot of research and visit a lot of stores to find “the one”. Beds and Sofas were our first port of call and after speaking to Jenny, she showed us 3 suites which fit our criteria. We found Jenny to be knowledgeable and not pushy, she gave us time to ourselves and was always available for any questions. We ended up purchasing the very first suite we tried (so much for “shopping around! ”). The delivery guys were totally awesome! The total experience we have had has been more than excellent, we totally recommend this business.

Bed + sofa had exactly what I wanted. I sourced it on the website and then went to view and test the product. Felt great. Attentive friendly staff who could not have been more helpful. They recognised that I knew what I wanted and didn’t try to push other products. Arranged delivery and communications were clear. Delivery was on time and assembly prompt. Rubbish removed.
