Bedshed Moorabbin

Went in today to check out king single mattresses. Not sure who the guy was helping us but he was so friendly. A+ service. Very helpful, clearly experienced. He let me take measurements and provided me with very useful advice.

Great customer service from a friendly team. We came here after some poor quality service from a local competitor. Shout out to Aaron who went above and beyond to make sure we got the right bed and to Matthew who quickly resolved a minor issue we had. Highly recommend

I walked in and said I was looking for a pink bed and then was told to search online because custom made was DOUBLE the price but never was asked my budget.

After visiting a couple of, perhaps, better knowing bedding stores, following some online investigations, we ended up contacting Bed Shed at Moorabbin. The sales rep, David, was very helpful on the phone including being able to provide delivery on a very tight timeframe, in addition to great prices which other stores couldn't match. Although we ended up purchasing items different to those we initially enquired about, we couldn't be happier with the level of service and the price paid.

This store had much better quality beds than I found in online stores. Picked the perfect bedroom suite, it was in stock and it's being delivered in 3 days. Staff are fantastic and know their products. Highly recommend a visit.

We bought a mattress and bedhead. Lorraine was the sales rep and she was great. Very attentive, gave us good advice on the different options but she was not pushy with the sale. We originally planned to check out a few different places but we liked the options and it was well priced so we didn't look anywhere else. We were moving into a new until in a months time so she offered to let us pay in instalments and delay the delivery until we were ready. All in all -very good customer service and quality product

Arron was fantastic. Explained all the difference and the 60day exchange program. We just spent $3k on the spot as we were so happy with service, advice and products we brought

A staff member (who I’m pretty sure is called Aaron) was incredibly helpful on the phone when I called asking for further information / dimensions of a product. He was really knowledgeable and willing to help.
Then the lovely Lorraine followed up on something’s for me and then helped me put the order through over the phone when I was ready. She made up for the fact that I couldn’t see the product in person due to stage 4 restrictions. I am confident that I will be very happy when the product arrives.

The food was ok. Nothing special, nothing disgusting. But if i may say so myself the chicken parmi was music to my mouth. The customer service was pretty my man Nikolai served me up with some butter chicken and some vodka on the sign. But when i finished came across a problem i had been short on money. But likely Jasmiqa in the back was more then happy if i give her a full course meal i don't have to pay for mine iykyk.anyway peice out all

I was totally ignored by the staff. I wandered around the floor stock and saw nothing that was in my price range and nothing that looked like the basic ensemble I was looking for. It was bewildering and I was upset. There was only two other customers in the shop, and they were together, and they had a salesman looking after them. I walked out after 10 minutes without even making eye contact with the staff. I saw another bed shop across the carpark and went in there and was well served by the staff. I had made my purchase there within 15minutes.

Poor customer service. People are not friendly and prices are expensive.
They sound unconfident about their product. I asked them why do they have so bad reviews. They said that they don't care. It is as it's.
Even their basic range doesn't have much options.
We liked one bed frame and the price was $4,000 and the funniest part is that similar design is also available at Ikea with 1/5th of their price and better customer service at least.

I rang at 9am to order a replacement mattress as mine was ruined when it rained in overnight. Steve was able to recommend a comparable mattress to my old one that they had in stock (floor stock). He was also able to arrange to get it on the truck for delivery that morning. Two hours later I had a new mattress.

Fantastic service and very knowledgeable. Also very honest and that is hard to find. Looking forward to my new bed and mattress.

Awsome quality bedding. Great knowledge and very friendly sales staff. They really helped find the right bed for us. Was most impressed with the delivery service.was on time and very profeessioal. Installation was fast and thorough. Many many good night sleep and funky time ahead.

I bought a mattress and a bedroom suite from Bedshed a year ago and was extremely happy with the service I received. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They were also very informative. I was so happy with their service I returned early this year to purchase my child's bedroom setting and was again very pleased with the staff. I would recommend Bedshed Moorabbin to anyone that is looking for a Bedroom setting and or Mattress.
