Was helped by Sam and Lambros, who were both super kind and helpful. I needed a mattress urgently (just moved interstate) and they went out of their way to organise same day delivery despite me coming in very late in the day. 10/10 service.

Buy a new sets of bedding from here. Sam and the boss are very accomodating and easy to deal with. They give me the best offer compared to near by shops. Tons of free stuff they throw in.

I had the pleasure of going to the Bedshed in Hawthorn yesterday and was pleasantly surprised to get such great service. Sam welcomed me into the store and listened as I explained what type of mattress I was looking for. She gave me time and didn't rush me and gave me some great options. I even went and shopped around looking for comparison only to come back. I then got interested in a bed frame. Working with Sam I got a great set-up including Bed and Mattress and side table and a matching tall boy. I had only come into buy a mattress so big kudos to Sam and team. Five stars from me!

The staff at Bedshed Hawthorn are very knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. David assisted me with choosing the right quality mattress and allowed me to take my time choosing the right one. He was accomodating and easy to talk too. I found that the range of mattresses at Bedshed Hawthorn were at a very good price point compared to other stores. Really want to thank David for a very helpful customer service. My boyfriend and me were looking for a new bed for our new apartment and we ended up with a high quality mattress and the frame for a really good price. They deliver it straight away which makes moving households a lot easier for us.

Went here on a Saturday afternoon and had a strange and unpleasant interaction with an older male member of staff.

This includes:
- Him being full of attitude when I asked if he had any recommendations of mattresses that were less prone to prolonged off-gassing.
-Being unable to advise me which mattresses had latex
-Not being able to tell me why Sealy was using what he referred to as '100 year old bed springs'
-Telling me I had a lot of demands (not sure that pocket springs and something that doesn't off-gas to the extent it is all you can smell or taste for weeks is particularly 'fussy' actually)
-Telling me I would make a bad decision because I was asking too many qns and they had done a survey and people who go to multiple shops get confused by the terminology and then buy a bad mattress.

Not sure if he has a problem with women or a problem with ppl who ask questions, but even my husband who was only half listening because he was entertaining our toddler thought he was unbelievably rude. If that's what you get before you buy from this store, I dread to think what the after sales service is like!

The staff at the store were amazing, especially Lambros. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I will highly recommend others to get theirs beds from Bedshed Hawthorn. Thank you Lambros for all you help. Your a CHAMP!

SENSATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! David & Chris are so friendly and knowledgeable. The knew the range confidently and could answer any questions we had.

Our two beds feel like lying on a cloud. They arrive on Wednesday and I’m nearly peeing my pants in excitement waiting for our clouds to arrive!

The service is superb and everything was on stock! David was easy to talk to and knowledgeable of all the products. He was very accomodating as he let me take my time in choosing the mattress that suites me. Their products have excellent quality and not too pricey unlike their competitors. The delivery was smooth as well as their guys were careful in handling items ordered. I highly recommend this store!
