Diana was extremely helpful and knew her beds recommending products to suit my needs. I bought the most comfortable mattress the Englander Boston its like sleeping on a cloud

I had a wonderful experience with Pina and Adrienne. They were very welcoming, friendly and not pushy.

I was shown a range of options all at different price points. The ladies were able to problem solve and offer a solution suitable to my needs. I was able to purchase a mattress and bed all for a fantastic price.

I highly recommend Beds n Dreams South Morang.

I bought my customised King bed and mattress from Aman in 2022. She was extremely helpful and provided us with tremendous help in purchasing a quality mattress and the design of our master bed according to our price point. We have returned again today to purchase from Aman a mattress for our guest bedroom. As always Aman has been extremely kind and helpful with this process. I will definitely return to Bed N Dreams South morang and purchase from Aman. Thank you Aman for always being amazing to deal with, you are the reason we return.

Avoid Beds n Dreams - South Morang

Had the worst experience with the staff and owner of Beds n Dreams South Morang. Do not buy from there. The senior female sales rep pretends to have your best interests in mind when pushing you to buy something but in reality she has a major chip on her shoulder (later telling us she could have sold us anything in the store she wanted to get rid of, she’s such a fantastic sales person!). Once you’ve paid over the money, and God forbid there’s a problem with the product on delivery, her real character comes out in some pretty nasty and despicable ways. Blatant lies and constant excuses, delay tactics and unfulfilled promises were some of the things we experienced with their sales staff and store owner. The bed we bought when delivered had a major sag in the middle and was definitely not the same standard or quality as the 1 we tried in the shop. We wanted a replacement or a refund. We got abuse, more lies and very poor excuses for days on end. Just the most unpleasant experience ever. DO NOT BUY FROM BEDS N DREAMS SOUTH MORANG.

Pina was nothing but a delight, she was very helpful and went out of her way to ensure we found the perfect mattress for me. She didn’t rush me at all and ensured I was 100% confident with my purchase.

Pina went above and beyond to help me choose a bed and mattress for my daughter transitioning from a cot. She eased my mind, and made the whole experience so easy. Highly recommend this wonderful, knowledgeable lady!

Please don't spend your valuable money on this store because once you have bought something from this store no warranty even they give you a warranty but don't trust them.
Secondly how 2500 dollars bed got broken by 2 years old child wow within 6 months bed is broken but unfortunately i didn't not get covered unless its under warranty I am requesting new customers that think twice before you buy from here. Good luck if you buying from here

Bends N Dreams was very welcoming and friendly towards us. I would definitely recommend going there to seek out a mattres. Bends N Dreams allows you to take your time trying out mattress to finding out what your after.

My review below dated 2 months ago, was based on the staff and customer service at the South Morang store, at the time.
It does not include the customer service we finally received from head office.
My new updated review is on the 24/02/2022

We had issues with some of the items we purchased as they arrived damaged.
They attempted to exchange on a couple of occasions, but each time they delivered the next set of item's, they were still damaged, as the previous.

Finally they refused to exchange again, and head office, apparently insisted on refunding our money.
Even though we refused for this refund as we wanted the product's,
and all we had requested was for good quality items and in new condition.

They still insisted on the refund.
They had left us no choice but to except the refund.

Dealing with their customer service area, was very stressful, with a very pushy and rude representative which I dealt with.
I felt very pressured, and as a customer spending so much money in their business, the service in the end was appalling.

WE will not EVER attempt to shop from Bed & Dreams ever again.
And just to add a note, our purchase was over $4,500 maybe more I cant remember.

What can I say, the customer service received was beyond excellence, from Aman and Illie, but especially Aman as we dealt with this lovely lady 95% of the time. This lady I tell you, she is just amazing.
Yes we did have to wait for one of the mattresses longer then the other bedroom furniture we purchased, but hey, good things time.
And due to all the lockdown's we have had, it is obvious that the manufacturers are behind with their orders.
Apart from the mattress that we had to wait on, not too long just a few days, the other items were delivered, I have to mention here how professional the delivery guys were, and so friendly,
Thank you to them also.
So you cant go too far without visiting the South Morang Beds & Dreams shop. As for the non 5 star reviews, well nothing in life is perfect, and we just need to have some patients at times.

Do not purchase from this company. Delivery expected June has still not arrived. This is the 4th or 5th time we have tried to follow up. Constantly given the run around. Attempts in the past 3 weeks to contact them for some answers again have gone unanswered.
So very disappointing.
Wonder how we can get our money back.
Don't waste yours.
